I walked down the hall with Luna and she seemed excited. I wonder why?

I didn't want to ruin her good mood, it was nice to see her smile for once. Oh yea, I don't think I have ever wondered: why she doesn't smile as often.

We continued to walk and as we went down the halls, we saw Billy,Lex, Petra and of course the arrogant, cocky, annoying, Marcus.

And I could hear her laugh and whisper to me "have fun with Marcus" and I looked at her.

"What?" I questioned what she meant
"Me and Marcus were talking earlier and he was talking all about you, and I swear he has a crush on you." She replied and said that in one breath.

I felt flattered that Marcus doesn't hate me but I didn't think he actually liked me like that... Did he? But then Luna spoke up

"I am pretty sure he fucked like 2 girls that aren't even rats, like us." She paused for a moment "so don't get too attached because I swear if you hurt your feelings I would have killed him, And make sure to burn his body, its only fair." She finishes

I nodded but she stopped walking and looked at me.

"What's wrong, the only word you said ever since we talked was 'Hello', 'Mhm' and 'What?'. So what's on your mind?"

I snapped and looked at her
"I am fine, just that... I think Shabnam doesn't like me much." I lied, I could only think of when Luna said 'Marcus likes you'.

She didn't buy it but she didn't want to force me at all so she let it slide.

"To be honest I don't even think she likes anyone, she's emo, goth and aggressively." I said as we continue to walk.

"True-" she said

But as soon as she could finish, Luna ran up to the rest of the group, making me follow.

Marcus, Billy, Lex, Petra.

Marcus and Petra looked at Luna's cheerful expression and then they shared a look of confusion and surprised. Billy on the other hand just looked at Luna like she was a lunatic. Lex didn't even care he was too busy with a book.

"What up with you, Lunatic" Marcus said as he let out a pathetic chuckle.

Luna shuved Marcus and gave him a death glare and it was different, so different.

"None of your business, dipshit." Luna replied and Marcus backed off shocked, confused and mostly confused what the hell just happened.

Then Billy spoke up "Lolo, what's up with you?". Luna didnt look as pleased with the nicknames because he only called her that because he's never need her in a good mood and it was weird even me.

She let it slide but Billy looked at me with a suspicion look. "Did you do something, Zara?" Billy asked

"No, she was like at the begging and in all of our classes, it new and nice to see her smile for once but its weird because she's normally so cold or something like that." I said truthfully.

Billy nodded and Petra had the same expression as Marcus. Luna hugged Petra and Petra scoffed but let her since Luna was in a good mood and her normal expression scared the shit of us.

When Luna pulled back from the hug, stood next to me.

"Why in this mood, spill the tea, happy ass" Marcus spoke up, sounding pissed.

"My boyfriend is out of prison and he's coming back to school" she said and I laughed at the horror on Marcus face along with Billy's.

"What's so scary about a boy?" I said confused but tried to cover my laugh.

"I don't know, they always have that look when I mention him in anyway."
She explained
