It was a cold night of winter.
I had your hand in mine.Yesterday, you returned to our city to meet me after a few months of struggle in a metropolitan one.
You were here for two weeks, so I wanted to spend each and every moment with you.
We were going for a bike ride, today.
You were excited as always.I turned on the bike and you sat behind me
Your little hands clutched around my waist.I smiled.
We were riding the bike with you continously blabbering that how life in a metropolitan city is so hectic or how your neighbors there were being so loud.
It took us few minutes to find ourselves in a road where no one was there.
It was peaceful.
The sides of the roads were trees and lamposts that kind of enhanced the beauty of the road.
The soft moonlight lightened up the atmosphere making it ethernal.
From the mirror of the bike I saw your face. It was glowing under the moonlight.
You were so happy that you spread your arms and closed your eyes, feeling the cold air hit your pink tinted cheeks.
Oh, how bad I want to kiss those cheeks.
To get back your attention onto me. I pulled the brake and released it in a second, causing our bike to jerk a little.
It worked.
You screeched cutely and grabbed onto my jacket.
Your reaction made me laugh and my laughter made you to punch me with your little fists, forming a little more of laughter to bubble out of my chest.
Everything was so peaceful and angelic and positive and beautiful and what not.
You whined a little and a minute later you were laughing too.
This is how we ended our day.
Laughing.
