Rito's Pov.

"Nagiya!!!!" Yelled Dylan as he used his top speed to chase after me, but he's not even close of touching me. I never actually used fully mine and yet I had the same speed as a horse.

"Oh yeah that's right, I'm half man and half wolf, I can run faster than a speed car does, there's nothing to worry about him catching me, right?". I thought as we almost ran all over the front yard. I can hear him panting at the back, due to dehydration he's beginning to slow down by second.

I minimized the speed I'm using so that it wouldn't make him think of me suspiciously running without thirst of water. Were almost to enter the side yard, which was a better place to be able lose him.

The side yard was narrow and also filled with old stuff that was used more like 10 years ago. I forced my way in doing some maneuvers dodging any unnecessary things that gets in the way.
I was able to make through all of it, while Dyaln on the other hand went all the trouble of catching me as fast as he could. It gave me a chance to escape before he reaches the other side. I ran towards the biggest oak tree that was located the at the center of the back yard's gate. I ran at medium speed towards it, used the speed to ran up to its body, reached out one of its branches and lift up my body guiding it to sit to its branch.

I sat there quietly waiting for him to go looking for me. It barely took him one minute to be able break free from the narrow yard. He gasped for air stoops down putting both of his hands on his knees, catching his breath. I fully hid myself behind the oak tree's body while stepping two branches, one foot each branch.

He stood up and continuously searched for me. He went trough the bushes the garbage cans, but still had no clue to where I went.

A minute just passed by and he already started to give up finding me. He walked towards the oak tree to rest, which gave me a problem of hiding while he's under me. He sat there taking deep breaths and rested his body to its trunk.

I started to slowly move away from the branches, planned to move to another. But he suddenly leaned his head upwards facing to where I'm was located. I paused for a second and let a a small sigh of relief to see him fast asleep because of exhaustion.

I started moving slowly and aware of not waking him up. I reached out to the nearby branch that was just on my right, and quietly lifted my body while my empty hand supports the other. Successfully reached the other side and continued to go downwards.

Everything seemed to be working out fine then suddenly he let out a huge snore that led me to jumping. I fell, but thanks to my unknown reflexes I was able to automatically dodge him by letting both of my feet push me away. I landed on the soft ground without any signs of scratches and bruises.

Slowly backed away without making unnecessary sounds. One foot at a time, and finally I was able to separate from him successfully. I properly stood up and took a deep breath, turned and felt pain in my head and chest as I fell on the ground.

(I just bump on something hard) I thought as I gently touch my forehead. I snapped of confusion and position myself to ready to sit up. I stretched my right leg and felt something hard at the bottom part, "Ouch" it said as I quickly jumped away from it. Still can't clearly see through my version, I saw a figure siting plainly at the ground, confused, and clueless.

"Dude, how hard is your head anyway?" I asked in a bad mannered way. It stood up as what I can see, and cleaned itself by rubbing off the dirt in its shirt. It responded with a simple apology, which makes me feel guilty for letting him apologize instead of me. Yet his voice sounded really familiar, which I've heard it before this whole thing happened to me, but when?
