This story will be taking place during in the Classic Sonic universe, specifically after Sonic Mania, but everyone will be able to talk, also, it will have a combination of some modern era things.

Y/N is mainly introverted and prefers to keep to himself and Ruby, Ruby is more extroverted and likes talking to new people, Ruby is Y/N's girlfriend like always and they have been dating for about 3 years in this story, they started dating in Sophomore year at Mobian High School, and they recently graduated a few months ago, they're both 18 and live with their parents, but they often go on dates or see each other, Y/N has managed to collect tons of rings though and can afford them a house.
