Raizer: Hello everyone sorry it took so long but this chapter is technically my first ever collab with another writer that being PhantomKnightPercival my very good

Raizer Yeah the longest chapter i ever wrote but then again it was just me. Anyway since Phantom showeved off his Stand last Chapter here are its Stats:/

Ability: Sending someone into a drug induce trance depending on the user's will. But the effects will make said user under the influence depending on the strength and endurance of the trance. But if Stand uses too much rage. It will temporarily switch into a different stand.

Ability: Destroys everything it touches. Whether it be physical or mental wellbeing of the victim. It can also affected the user. Only love can calm it down.
Jesus of Suburbia is a Psychological Assualt Type as it focus on putting in attacking the mind than the body.
St. Jimmy is a Close Range Type, as he have more destructive power than his calm counterpart.

Kitsune Naruto: huh a Stand with two forms quite a rare sight if you think about it.

Sly: Yeah no kidding.
Momonga: Indeed. So what will this chapter be about?
Raizer: We are still sticking to the Kamen Rider universe but if you read the title then you know where we are going. Anyway i spent enough time talking up here let get to it

"Everyone in the room just stared at the screen in shock and worried about this version of Izuku. They had just witnessed possibly a much darker and crueller version of League of villains. The pro Heroes were interested in R.A.I.D and what type of support they would give to the riders.
"Man those Shocker guys," Denki said shivering, "they give vibes that make the League of Villains look like kids throwing tantrums."
""I know I never felt so many goosebumps when they spoke." Mina admitted.
""Those guys weren't manly at all, especially those leader looking ones," Kirishima added, "They talked about people's lives like toys."
""We need to add the fact they aren't human to begin with." Shoji interjected, "It would make sense that they don't value human lives that much."
""Shoji is right," Jirou said, "What do you think Yaomomo?" she then noticed the puzzled look on her best friend's face. "Hey Momo you alright?"
""Oh I'm fine," Momo replied, "It's just that...one of those Shocker commander's is bothering me."
""Why so?" Tokayami asked.
""Well did you all notice that the only one we were able to visibly see looked like a Kamen Rider?" This surprised her classmates, now that they stopped and thought about it they were shocked when they realized that what she said is true.
""So that would mean there are evil Kamen riders as well." Shoto spoke.
""Deku." Ochako muttered softly, she prayed for this version of Izuku to be safe. As the students talked with each other the same could be said with the adults.
""Man I never expect a whole generation of quirkless heroes to exist let alone one that saved the world multiple times." Present Mic said.
""I know makes me wonder if there was a group similar to the Kamen Riders in our world." Midnight said as she thought about their world.
""Who knows, I think I read an article once about a group of heroes' pre-quirk era but there was little to no information about them, not even their names were mentioned." Death Arms added.
""Still to think such evil beings exist." Kamui Woods spoke, "Imagine Shocker were in our world. I'm not sure us Pro Heroes will be enough. Even with All Might before he retired."
""I agree with that." Toshinori said, "I don't think even if I was in my prime could take them out."
""Ugh did you really have to bring that up senpai." Mount Lady complained.
""Sorry to be a downer but I can't help but think about it. Plus, they mention things worse than Shocker."
""Yes, Inves, Roidmudes and a device from Mars," Aizawa listed out, "Who knows how many more there are out there. Possibly more powerful than the last. And the responsibility is forced upon them when we heroes are supposed to be the ones doing our jobs." Aizawa didn't notice that he clenched his fist tightly.
""This just shows that we need to prepare our students," Nezu said, "if the League of Villains were to take these kinds of measures to spread their reign we need to train the next generation of heroes better." To which the teacher of U.A and Pro heroes nodded.
"As those conversations were going on, Phantom currently had Raizer in a head lock while Raizer was struggling to escape. Kiyuki prompted to play with Kota and Eri with their new Rider toys.
""Gah. Let Go." Raizer struggled to say. Phantom reluctantly let his friend go. "Oh sweet Gaim-sama that hurt. Besides I mention that it would be a surprise."
""You know how easily I get scared!? I thought Kiyuki was going to kill me thinking I messed up with your stuff!"Phantom said as he pouted.
""Fine as an apology I will feature one of your worlds next." Raizer said. This caused Phantom to light up like a Christmas and probably had a smile that rivalled Toga Himiko. Before he could speak Raizer raised his hand stopping him. "Whoa now, settle down, we will talk about it later but first I need to address something."
""Alright everyone," Raizer said, grabbing everyone's attention, "Before we begin the next world I will bring in a few more people here." He said that a portal appeared above them.
""-aaaAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" screamed several voices and a large group of people landed in front of them.
"Nezu and the staff U.A recognized most members of the new group as Class 1-B of the hero course and their homeroom teacher Vlad King. Class 1-A and MIrio saw the Nwejiro, Tamaki and Shinso were among them. Shoto was surprised to see Inasa along with his classmate Camie. Toshinori and Izukue were surprised to see Melissa and David Shield as well. The pro heroes were really surprised to see Ryukyu, Miss Joke and Miruko.
""Ugh my head."
""By the lord what happened?"
""This is too hot blooded even for me!"
""Whoever is touching my ass!"
""Sir please get off me sir."
""I knew it! This has to be some Class A scum trick. They were trying to get rid of us so they can have the spotlight all to themselves."
""Shut up god your annoying."
""Whoa this isn't lit ya know."
"The new human dog pile untangles themselves with the help of the others, Raizer stopped himself from laughing. Kiyuki was giggling a bit while Phantom just continued smiling.
""Principle Nezu sir?" Vlad King asked "Where are we?" he asked clearly confused at the situation he and his class are now in.
""Yeah, I wanna know how you are?" Miruko spoke as she pointed at Raizer, "Since you got some pretty big names here that mean you've got a quirk." She then grins widely, "So I wanna fight ya." As she pounded her fist together.
""Nah," Raizer waved her off "even if I wanted to fight you I can't due to certain rules I've got to follow."
"Raizer then explained the whole reason he brought them here and showed them the previous world of Kamen Rider Ichigo Nex. The students were shocked to see the destruction and death of both heroes and civilians alike. Ryuko, Nejire, Tamaki and Miruko felt useless as they watched. Then they say the Iuzku Midoriya of that world transform into Kamen Rider Ichigo Nex.
""WOW SO HOT BLOODED!" Inase screamed in excitement.
""Inase-kun take a chill pill my dude." Camie said trying to calm her excitable classmate down.
""He's like a guardian angel that heaven sent down to protect the innocent." Ibara said as she watched the scene.
""Yeah ~sroom," Kinoko Komori said, "Talk about a hero entrance."
""I know, it's so manly!" Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu yelled in excitement.
""I know bro it's so manly." Kirishima joined in.
""Tch, nothing special about this." Neito Monoma scoffed. "Besides I don't see what's so special about these Kamen Rider's." Raizer didn't say anything but he did notice that Phantom clenched his fist as Monoma said those words.
""Wow," Miruko said, impressed by Ichigo Nex's fighting, "This guy is good. Can't wait to fight someone like him." Ryuko rolled her eyes.
""Of course you would." The dragon hero said.
""Oh wow, I wonder how he is? Is that belt his quirk? Why does he look like a grasshopper? Is he called a rider because of his bike?" Nejire asked rapidly.
""Nejire clam down." Tamaki said.
"They continue to watch as Ichigo Nex defeats the Combetman and the Kaiju fires his cannon at him engulfing him in an explosion. They were surprised to see him unharmed and proceeded to destroy the kaiju with a Rider Kick, much to Miruko's delight. They watched as he gave Ochaco his name and drove away. They watched a flashback of a 4 year old Izuku speaking with Takeshi Hongo, the old man transforming into Kamen rider Ichigo and his fight and ends with them riding away to meet with the others. Though for some reason the ending the original group watch did play with confused them.
""SO hot blooded." Inase said again, "These are the kind of hot blooded heroes we need."
""My heart was like 'BAM' when I saw those kaiju but thank goodness for Midoriya-san came in for the rescue." Manga Fukidashi said as his head had a relief expression...no latterly. As his head showed a relief like emoji.
""Man Midoriya has such a nice body," Setsuna Tokage said as she licked her lips, "I wouldn't mind getting up close and personal." She didn't notice Ochako glaring at her with [Switch up]/ appearing behind her with her right leg raised.
""Ochako-cahn please calm down." Tsu said to her friend which did cause Ochako to calm down a bit. However, that didn't last.
"Phantom and Raizer heard some annoying laughing and turned their attention towards a member of Class 1-B. They see the smug blonde laughing,
""How can you believe this crap? Like come on!" Raizer turned to his friend and saw that Phantom's face showed more menace, he turned to Kiyuki and had her prepare for some precautions. While Phantom continued to listen to the boy's words,
""How can this guy be a hero? He only showed up when Shocker arrived. He's probably a traitor that wants to look good!" He ignores the glares the other students are giving him, the pro heroes and UA staff are looking at him disappointedly though they are mad at Vlad for letting his student continue his mind-set. They want to stop him from pissing off two gods but they suddenly can't move their legs, "And don't get me started on these so called heroes. They are nothing without their toys and better off dead like most of the quirkless population!"
""Monoma," Itsuka Kendo said in complete shock, "Why would say such a thing."
""Sir Monoma, that is taking things too far." Said Jurota Shishida. Monoman didn't seem to listen to them as he continued his rants.
"Raizer could not believe what he just heard, even [Fist bump]/ who appeared beside him had a shocked expression. He was so thankful that Kiyuki was able to put Eri and Kota to sleep and he didn't want them to see Monoma dying.
"With Eri and Kota asleep, Phantom releases his stand. [Jesus of Suburbia]/ looks different, his hair is now messy, long, and unkempt, his jacket looks tattered, and the eyes were blood red.
""I mean they should know that being quirkless should be the end of your life!" He laughed so loud and obnoxious, not noticing the other god walking towards him,
"" is coming to town across the alleyway..../" Phantom sang,
"Monoma stopped his laughter and looked at Phantom, "What the hell are you-" he then felt a fist in his gut, then another in the face, then another, and another and another and another and another. Then he felt a barrage of punches. Phantom's stand is beating him with no mercy,
""MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA!" He kept punching him repeatedly, while everyone watches, "MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA!" They want to voice their plea to stop but knowing that he does deserve the punishment, but it was too much, "MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA!"
""Some stands have the ability to evolve based on the user's will. For example, Koichi Hirose has a stand called [Echos] / and it has 3 Acts-"
""Don't forget [Tusk]/ and its four Acts" Raizer added.
""-each based on sounds. Some stands can evolve further with the use of the stand arrow, that is known as [Requiem]/ making a stand more powerful than before." Raizer explained, "This is the alter ego of [Jesus of Suburbia]/. This is [St. Jimmy], the rage of Phantom."
""WWWWRRRRYYYYY!" Phantom yelled as his stand kept beating the dirtbag into the inch of his life, "MUDA! MUDA! MUDA!" The stand punches him into the ground and pulls out a knife out of nowhere. [Phantom: I know sound like butt hurt fan but Kamen Riders hold a special place in my heart and I did indeed faced discrimination based on something that I didn't choose to be born with]
"Knowing his friend is blinded by rage, Raizer nodded to Kiyuki who then summoned a beautiful young girl that has short, straight blue hair and blue eyes. She has an expressionless face and a ''beauty mark'' under her eye, and is wearing a maid dress. [Phantom: Rem from Re:Zero. Well, happy birthday to me Raizer: Your Welcome.] /She wrapped her arms around Phantom, calming him down while his stand stabbed the floor, a few inches near Monoma's head. [St. Jimmy] disappeared as Phantom's rage slowly went away, he sighed and looked at the boy, "Even with their henshin devices, these riders are more of heroes than you'll ever be. You small dick jackass!" The girl walks him away from the blonde, "Seriously does having a small penis make you mad that you had to insult the people who have your life in their hands? And taking advantage of a poor American girl to make them mad really pisses me off. Considering how often I see sweet innocent people be victims of your hate!" His hand is held, feeling calmer than ever.
""Phantom, please let go of your anger. It makes me sad to see you like this" the girl said,
""Sorry Rem. Thank Prime that my buddy created you" he smiled at her, "And thank you, Raizer and Kiyuki. I don't know if I can live with myself if I killed him."
"Raizer nods to his friend before he sighs at Monoma's state, he turns towards his friend. "I appreciated that you didn't wipe him out completely. I haven registered them in the respawn generator yet."
""...anyway Kiyuki please take Monoma to the infirmary and tell Medic to be 'gentle' with him." Kiyuki nodded as a human sized GM III and a GM Powered walked in the room with a stretcher. They picked up Monoma and 'gently' on the stretcher, which caused Monoma to groan or moan...it was very hard to tell due to how beaten up he is. "Oh and pass me the remote." Raizer adds as Kiyuki gives him the remote.
""Goodbye everyone I will see you all soon." She then turned to the GM's, "Let's go."
""Yes Ma'am." The bots said as they walked out the room with Monoma. Rem sat beside Phantom and the two held hands.
""Also after this viewing, Nezu, Vlad King we will talk about Monoma's behaviour." Both heroes looked at each other.
"Vlad king sighs as he nods, "I understand. I guess it is technically my fault for giving him that class rivalry idea."
""As the principle of UA I should have taken action towards this when I learned of it."
"Raizer and Phantom nodded their heads. Raizer then continues, "I should mention that Kamen Riders and divided into three generations. As mentioned, Ichigo Nex is part of the Showa riders albeit them taking over the original Showa Riders place. The second and well known era is the Heisei Riders which we will be looking at now. Third group is the Rewei riders unfortunately we won't be seeing much of them."
""Why not?" Yui Kodai asked.
""Because the era is short as a season of Ultraman" /Phantom mutters to which Rem giggles.
""It mostly due to the fact they are still relatively new and so far there are two known riders of this group {Raizer: Three if you think about it. Come on Bandai Let Kamen Rider Shinobi be a part of Reiwa, give us the first Ninja Rider!}. Anyway we will be watching various versions of Izuku as each of the Heisei Riders." Raizer said as he pressed the remote and a symbol appeared on screen.
