"Balthazar. Why have you brought me here?"

"Please, call me dad. I'm your dad after all."

"No, I won't. You were never there for me. You didn't want me in your coven when I was shunged from my pack. What kind of father were you?" I said in rage.

"What? Did they tell you I didn't allow you in my coven? Who has said that? Reline didn't she? Please, know. I never knew you didn't belong in your pack anymore. And I never said I didn't want you in my coven. I would love to have you in my coven but your mom and her pack kept you away from me. And now I see why."

"Why?" I asked, sort of confused and flabercasted from all he just told me.

"Because you're a very powerful and strong witch and wolf. Your mom would be scared of you, once you came into my coven and I taught you the ways of magic."

I stared at him, mouth open ajar, unable to talk in any way whatsoever.

"But-but... Why haven't you ever come to me to get me? I would rather be here than to be with that abusive ass of a mother and pack!"

"What? She abused you?" My dad asked, instantly worried.

"Yes, she did and so did all the others of the pack. More than once, actually." I said, my head hanging low.

"Oh my god. She's so done. Why did she hurt you? Why did anyone hurt you?" He got angry, I saw that.

"Don't worry, it was probably all my fault. I probably made them angry or diappointed. I'm bisexual overall and I get the bad grades and I don't do the washes."

"That isn't your fault. No, not at all. Even if you got bad grades, or if you are bisexual or if you forgot to do the dishes, that isn't a reason to abuse someone. Please, know. No one here will do that. And if they do," He flicked some magic out his hand, "they will soon learn not to."

I smiled at him, still unsure about the situation. "Thank you. But I do live at a horsr farm now, with new friends of mine."

"Do you mean Wynter, Aponie, Evan, Emilliene, Arora and Realene? They kind of belong to my coven. They do live there to help the horses and all, but they are part of my coven."

"Serious? They're supernatural? And they never told me?"

"Have you told them you're supernatural?" He asked.

"No... But that isn't the same. I wanted to start over here as a human."

"But you can't. You aren't human. You never will be and you never were. It's just your life and you have to make the best of it."

I smiled at him, sadly.

"Can I go back to my room, please?"

"Sure, go ahead. See you tomorrow."

I was on my way to my room when I ran into Nomi.

"Hey, how was it? Are you hungry? Come, go to the dinning room with me, have some dinner so you can meet everyone and we can talk."

I followed her to the dinning room and there were already quite a few people eating.

"Hey everyone, this is Byron. Say hello to him."

Everyone smiled and waved or said hello. I smiled back at them.

I sat down on a empty chair and grabbed a plate of mashed potatoes and a chicken leg.

"So you are that werewolf-hybrid-witch guy, guh? Awesome. How is it to be a wolf?" A girl next to me asked me.

I just smiled and answered her, and all the other people who asked me question. At a time I thought it was enough, said sorry and went back to my room.

When I was sleeping I had such a weird and scary dream.

I was in an abondend warehouse and I was across a women who was laying on a matress, a gun in her hand.

"Help me." She said, and after that she shot herself in her mouth.

I screamed and woke uo screaming.

"What!? What happened?" The boy from next door asked standing in my doorway.

"Had a really bad dream, I'm sorry. You can go back to sleep again."

"Don't do that again, please." He said while turning around, pointing a finger at me.

I turned on my side and tried to go to sleep again, what was kind of imppssible to be honest.

A few days went by with sleeping like this, at school thinking about the women and just pure disaster.

Until one day.

I was in the kitchen, making breakfast when I all of a sudden saw guy standing next to the fridge. I shrieked but laughed it off and said sorry. I live in a big house, everyone could sneak up on you here and I don't know everyone yet.

"Who did you just say sorry to?" Nomi asked when she walked into the kitchen.

"Oh, the man standing next to the fridge. I shrieked in his face, he scared me." I laughed.

"There is no man next to the fridge?"

I turned around and still saw him there, standing, staring.

"What? You don't see him?" I asked her, confused.

"Ofcourse she can't see me, Byron. Only you can."

Again, I screamed of fear. I turned to Nomi who was looking at me like I was some kind of lunatic.

"You really don't see him?" She shook her head no.

"I'm getting crazy... Oh my... No.."

I looked at the man again who was now just smiling at me.

"You're not getting crazy. You're just getting stronger. Hi, I'm Jason." He said, putting out a hand for me to shake.

But instead of shaking, I fainted.
