A Lake Where Two Halves Met Each Other (COMPLETED)

Past

"My Sweethearts Where are you?" A lady with beautiful shoulder length red hair came out of the kitchen with a tray of food in her hands. She went to the dinning table and placed the bowl on it.

"My babies where are yall?" She asked as the sounds of giggling was heard by the room upstairs.

"Don't make me go up there! Come down!" She said and started to walk upstairs when,

"Coming!" Two children came running downstair. One was a girl and other one was a boy. They were twins and 5 years old. The girl had very beautiful black hair with black shinny eyes, while the boy had elegant red hair with black eyes

"Mommy!" They quickly hugged their mother's leg.

"Oh my sweethearts!" It was then noted that the woman was their mother. She bent down to their level and kissed their forehead.
"Let's quickly finish our breakfast. U both have school and don't wanna be late right! Or else???" She asked with a smirk to which the both of them said "No sweets for a week!"

"That's my children! Now quickly finish ur brkfst and I'll drop u to school!" She said and made them sit on the chairs of the dining table.
"No mommy I hate drinking milk! I'll only eat the bread toast!" The little exclaimed cutely as her brother replied "don't be so choosy! u should eat and drink everything!"

"That's correct Kian!" Their mother exclaimed and looked back at the little girl and continued
"You should eat and drink everything u get ,Y/N. Some people are still out there looking for food or drink. While u're getting everything..a house to live, food to eat, fresh liquids to drink , clothes to wear and what not. These are the basic requirements that all the people need but , unfortunately some are not even able to reach those requirements. You should be greatful for what u have!"

"Ok mommy! I'll drink it!" Y/N said as she quickly finished the whole glass..

"That's my little girl!" Her mother said

"What about me!" Kian asked as Y/N simply said

"I'm special that's why mom only appreciated me! Hehehehe.."

"Mommy! U love Y/N more than me!" Kian ask crying a bit.

"Nope! I love u both equally..No one is special or ordinary. I both are same for me. And Kian u're also good boy." She smiled to them as they both smiled back

"Now c'mon get ready or else??"

"No sweets for a week!" They said and ran to their room to grab their bags. She smiled seeing her children.

.....
"Ah! This traffic..huh" Their mother sighed and looked at her children who were playing....she smiled seeing them. She was staring at them for a while ,when Y/N suddenly asked "Mom.. when's dad coming back?"

"We'll I forgot to tell u.. He'll be coming back tonight itself.." She said and started to drive since the signal was back to green

"Really?" Kian and Y/N were excited hearing the news....

"Yep!  Here we come." Her mother said as the duo came out of the car and bid their temporary good bye.

At night

"Daddy!" The duo shouted and ran towards their father who knelt down and embraced them for a lovely hug.

"I miss u both of my babies so much.." Their dad replied as both of them giggled
"Welcome home honey!" Their mother came out of the kitchen with a warm welcoming smile.
He looked at her and smiled. He went towards her and kissed her forehead.
The family had a great time until one day their whole life took a dark turn..

One day when Y/N and Kian were at school, suddenly a boy shouted "Fire! The school's on fire!"..

There was a big fire burning and destroying everything. The teachers quickly made each of the students run out of the school. So did Y/N and Kian. They were standing outside the burning building when suddenly Y/N spotted a cat stuck underneath a pillar which was on fire. She dashed towards the cat followed by her brother which was gone unnoticed by the teachers.
"Hey kitty don't worry I'll save u!"

"Y/N why did u come here? Let's go back!"

"No the kitten is stuck underneath the pillar we've to save it!"

"U're so stubborn..but I'll help u..u come down I'll take it out of there!"

''ok!''..

"Here!"

"My brother Kian is the best!" He blushed on the comment when someone suddenly shouted
"No! Y/N! Kian!" Kian looked up and saw another pillar on fire was about to fall on them.
Somehow Kian managed to pushed Y/N away but got himself stuck there.
Y/N made a contact with the ground ,as she became unconscious and blood started flowing from the back of her head. The teachers quickly rushed towards Y/N and sent her to the hospital ASAP.

On the other hand Kian was slowly becoming unconscious his thoughts were diverted to the happy moments he had  spent with Y/N and his family. He closed his eyes thinking it'll be the last time he had seen Y/N. But who knew that it was not the end but the starting of a new life for him.

Back to present

"It's been so long..And I don't know how's mom! When I met Y/N after so many years and I was really happy. But , but sadly she didn't recognise me. " A certain redhead said with a sad tone, leaning against the window,to an old man sitting on the chair infront of him.

"She'll eventually remember u. Don't worry. Let the right time come, Kian." The man said as Kian simply nodded and looked up in the sky.
"I hope what ur saying will be true!" He closed his eyes letting the breeze handle his emotions.
"I'll definitely make u remember me and I promise to protect you even if u don't remember me. I'll never leave u alone again, Y/N! never ever" He said to himself.

I need to complete it soon to start the new book so I'll updating the new chs ASAP without any delay..

Even if it's for once, just pray for the poor who're out without any basic requirements needed by everyone. Just pray that they should also be able to meet the basic requirements for their lives.. everyone deserves equal treatment.
