A playboy next door ruins your vacation to Korea, but returning back home you find out he's your neighbor, the adventure and action awaiting you was nothing you expected.
"Why r u dressed up like this?" I asked, "obviously to hide my identity" he said, I laughed, "that works in real life?" I said, "I'm dressed up as a high school student" he said, "what's the case?" I asked.
He explained the whole case to me, apparently the guy was famous around girls, his criminal record was erased and he was proven innocent for some reason, "that's fucked up" I mumbled, "they say the evidence is still with him" said mackenyu, "he's still being followed by the police and he knows if he kills them he could get in trouble so he's paid the police, and the officers who follow him r now with him, so we're basically hiding from the police and from him, the head of the police department ordered us to follow him and the other policemen, he spoke with us only so we're on it" he said, "how can you trust the head?" I said, "we're just doing our job" he said, "maybe that's why one of the guys died?" I said, "there's no way" he said, "well" I said and shrugged, "how many cases did you guys solve from the time you became a cop" I asked, "we all solved almost 10 cases yet" he said, "what about the cops before you" I said, "some 4 or 6 max" he said. "Some of them were killed and some fired and some still working" he said, I nodded.
Your pov
You opened your eyes and didn't feel namjoo in the bed so yoh immediately sat up and grabbed onto your phone to call him, he didn't answer, you heard the door knock so you went to the door and he was there, "you scared me" you said, "why?" He mumbled, "I got worried about you" you said, he smiled at you, "you get worried about me?" He said as he shut the door, you rolled your eyes, "i obvi will" you said, "I see" he said, you started making the bed when you felt a hug from behind, you took a small gasp, your heart skipped a beat, he huge you tightly, "I love feeling you" he mumbled close to your ear, your heart started beating fast, "do you get nervous?" He mumbled, "n-no!" You said and broke the hug, you turned to face him, "I don't" you said, he smirked, he nodded, he leaned in and you widened your eyes a little in surprise, he chuckled, "I can feel how nervous you are rn" he said, "I'm not nervous I'm just caught off guard" you said and he kissed your cheek, "I gotta go now eve ok?" He said, you sighed, "ok" you mumbled in a grumpy tone, he chuckled, "don't do this, I'll be back early today hopefully" he said, "don't worry ok?" He said, you nodded, "take care eve, I'm leaving now" he said and you waved at him, he chuckled a little but waved back.
It was late at night, Namjoo took a while, you sighed and got ready to go out, you couldn't stay in the room and just do nothing, you wanted some adventure, you wore his sweater and boxers and headed out wearing ur boots, putting your hair into a bun.
When you arrived at the door the reception called out for you, "ms. eve!" She said, you looked, "you can't go out" she said, "wtf why?" You said, "because mr namjoo said so" she said, "idc" you said, "I can't allow that" she said and looked at the security, they came and held you, "wth!?" You yelled, "let her go!" Said hyunwook, he came running, "r u ok?" He asked, you nodded, "let her go" he said, "she'll come with me" he said, the reception nodded and went bad to work, "why r u trying to get out at this time?" He asked, "because I don't wanna leave namjoo alone" you said, he smiled then chuckled, "what's so funny kid?" You said "kid!?" He said, "yes?" You said, "you're 24!" He said, "I'm turning 25 so it doesn't matter" you said, he nodded giggling, "let's go" you said, "eve trust me it's unsafe there" he said, "so?" You said, "eve this is serious, if you get in trouble namjoo will kill me" he said, "let's go together then?" You said, he gulped, "fine" he said.
You guys drove all the way there again, he parked his car on the main road, "you can't park here" you said, "tsk it's not like we will stay for long" he said, "park ur car down" you said, he sighed and drove a little further where there were no roads, he parked there and you both got out of the car, "which way?" He asked, "hyunwook why r u even with them? for vacation?" You asked, he shrugged, "let's go" you said and you both took a step when your head got covered, you screamed and so did he, you tried to hit the person, "hyunwook!" You yelled, "this is all because of you!" He yelled, "shush!" Yelled the man and you heard him hit somebody and you heard a thud, it was hyunwook? Did he just hit hyunwook, you hit the person with ur elbow and ran quick, you put ur head down to take it off of ur head, you ran and were about to fall but somebody caught you, you fell on his side, he put his hand infront of you and caught you, your heart skipped, you were afraid they caught you again, you heard gunshots and flinched closing ur eyes, "r u ok?" You heard a familiar voice and your heart skipped a beat, you first look behind you, the 2 men lying on the floor bleeding, you widened ur eyes, one of them screamed as his leg got hit, you then looked to your left side immediately breathing nervously, you widened your eyes once again in surprise, he looked at you and smiled sweetly, his eyes always disappeared when smiling, you chuckled out of happiness.

"How r u?" He mumbled looking at you, "dohwan" you mumbled under ur breath and wrapped ur hands around his neck and hugged him, you heard someone running and you and dohwan both looked, someone out of breath, he glared at you and dohwan, he clenched his jaw and gulped, he looked away, you broke the hug with dohwan, he walked to hyunwook and lift him from the collar, the strength was crazy, he put him inside the car, "get tf in" he mumbled, "let's go" said dohwan and got up as he was on one of his knee on the floor when he caught you, he held your hand and you both headed to the car, namjoo wanted to get into the driver's seat, as you all approached the car there was a gunshot right beside dohwan but it hit the glass of the car, you both bent down immediately, "Eva!" Yelled namjoo, he run to you and caught you by the collar and pulled you immediately throwing you on the other side of the car, you fell on your butt, you opened the door and got in, you opened the door for dohwan, dohwan shot the person who was shooting him, namjoo ran to the direction of the person who was shooting, "namjoo!" You yelled and got out of the car, "don't go!" You yelled, "stay in the fucking car!" He yelled, "eve" said dohwan and held you back again, "leave me!" You said, "dohwan please go to him!" You said, "no I have to stay here with you" he said calmly looking down at you, "no no" you mumbled shaking ur head, you heard gunshots again and you flinched, "fuck.." you mumbled, "he's gonna be ok" said dohwan and patted ur back, "get in eve" he said and you got in, you heard a couple more gunshots, dohwan got in the driver's seat and turned on the car, he turned the car around and drove to the road but he stopped there waiting for namjoo, your heart was racing, wanting to see him, you were terrified, you heard a few more gunshots then you saw him running, "quick!" Said dohwan, namjoo said something in Korean and ran to the car, he got in the passenger seat and there was a few more gunshots that hit your window and you let out a scream, "fuck!" You yelled, one glass got into the palm of your hand, "drive!" Yelled namjoo at dohwan and hit the car, "stfu!" Yelled dohwan and pressed on the accelerator, "r u ok?" Asked namjoo and looked at you in a panic, you nodded, you widened your eyes as you noticed blood all over his jacket near to his neck, there was some on his neck, "namjoo.." you mumbled in shock.
