Chapter 8 : Paw Patrol Strike Back!

-Adventure City-

Rubble : Wait, so you're not a ninja?
Meringue Candy : What do you expect, You expect a real ninja or something? Trust me, that disguise is pretty bland for a disguise anyway.. And it's bothering me for a while. Anyway.. wanna start the game?
Marshall : Oh you bet We do! On a count of three..one-
Meringue Candy : Glitter Card!
*Glitter Explosion*

Skye : Ah, Glitter and smoke!
Chase : *Cough* Get her! [All the pups run towards her]

Meringue Candy : Ooh Sweet Exit. here I Come~♫
[Zuma and Rocky slam the door shut and is prepared to ambush her with Bo-Staffs]
Meringue Candy : *Stops* Oh, you guys sure wanna fight with sticks?
Rocky : First, its Bo-Staffs. Secondly, Attack, Hah!
[Meringue Candy dodged their attacks swiftly]
Meringue Candy : Yo, you guys sure are swift with these staffs. Here, lemme introduce you to my staff!

[Meringue Candy summons her Parasol and opened it, only to bounced them off]
Rocky and Zuma : Ah!
Meringue Candy : That came in handy, *Closes Parasol* well gotta go!

[Meringue Candy stepped on an activation pad.. for a confetti bomb]
Meringue Candy : What the- 
*Explodes in surprise* 
Meringue Candy : Woah, Oh, Yikes- Ah! Seriously I thought I had enough of this!
Skye : Hi-Yah! (Basically she ambushed her)
Meringue Candy : Ack, Hey! Woah- I don't have enough- Ah! Time for- ah- Fights! Propeller!
[The Parasol flew her out of the many confetti bombs]
Skye : Hey, I thought I was the only one who could fly!
Meringue Candy : *Closes Parasol* Well, not anymore!!

Skye : C'mon guys, let's go!

-Dinosaur bones area-
Meringue Candy : Gosh, they set up a lot of traps there. Oh? I never seen such dinosaur bones here. I hear footsteps, gotta hide!

Zuma : She went here, let's split up!
Meringue Candy : Hah, they won't find us here.
Chase : Sure they do!
Meringue Candy : Why is th- AH! 
Marshall : [Appears from the ceiling and proceeds to push her off the dinosaur artifact] Attack!
[Meringue Candy landed on her feet]
Meringue Candy : Hey!
Marshall : Quiet as a mouse, phantom thief.
Marshall : Oh you ain't gonna catch me !

[Meringue Candy closed the door and locked it in]
Meringue Candy : *hyperventilating* What the heck is going on here.. I thought they're defeatable?? Gosh, did they do something to this museum, have they tried to outsmart me??

Meringue Candy : No.. I Can't let this go on.. 
*Bumps into LIberty*
Liberty & Meringue Candy : Ah!
Meringue Candy : Oh, Sorry M'lady, I didn't see you there.
Liberty : No worries, after you.
Meringue Candy : Ah thank you~

*door slams*
Meringue Candy : EH?! Hey, Lemme out!!
Rubble : Gotcha!
Chase : All Locked up! (Hi-Five)
[Liberty Unlocks the door and Skye, Rocky and Zuma jumped out of the door, Chase and Rubble got in and shut the door quickly and lastly, Marshall walked out from one of the Art Gallery artifacts]
Marshall : Well, how's the game there, Meringue Candy?
Meringue Candy : Heh.. So, the once clumsy pup manages to plan this whole thing, eh? I'm Quite surprise..
Chase : Well, that's what we do in Paw Patrol, we always save the day! Now, you are under arrest for theft of a historical treasure!

Meringue Candy : Heh.. hehehe..
Chase : eh?
Meringue Candy : Hehehe.. Ah, you guys made me chuckle sometimes. *Sigh* Gosh, I never thought I'm getting arrested for something I do.
Pups : What?
Meringue Candy : Well, I gave up. I will turn myself in, cuz why wouldn't I?

Chase : Wow, I never expected a villain to turn over themselves. This is the 1st time ever!
Meringue Candy : And the last.
Chase : Yeah, wait.. what?
Meringue Candy : Glitter Card!
*Boom!*

Chase : Agh.. Wait, where is she?!
Meringue Candy : Hahaha! You guys really fell for that, now I shall walk away into the shiny night~!
Marshall : Noo!
[Marshall ran towards her but he trips over something]
Marshall : W-Woah!
Meringue Candy : What the-
[Marshall ended up brought him and Meringue Candy out of the balcony]
Marshall : AAAAAH!!
[Meringue Candy opened her parasol and grabs Marshall while falling. Essentially having a soft landing]

-Outside of the Museum-
Meringue Candy : Okay you can stop now.
Marshall : AAAaaa.. oh. Wait, you saved me?
Meringue Candy : Nah, just a lil save there. *catches scroll* Here ya go :3
Marshall : Wha? The Scroll?

Meringue Candy : What about it? I grew tired of it anyway, it's no longer my interest  anymore.
Marshall : Wh- wait, is this one of your tricks?!
Meringue Candy : Whaaaaat? Nah, I ran out this time. Also, seems like you won this time, Marshall. 
Marshall : Huh, I won?
Meringue Candy : Yeah! Well, I like to repeat my words but time is up here! Until next time, See you *Summons Glitter Card* on the Shining night!

[Meringue Candy disappeared in a cloud of glitter bomb.]
Marshall : Woah..
Pups : Marshall!
Chase : *Hugs Marshall* Oh thank pups, you're okay!
Marshall : H-hey!
Rocky : Buddy, What were you thinking?? We almost thought you have died there!
Marshall : Haha, well. I didn't even think much but, I got the scroll!
Skye : Sweet! Wait, she didn't steal it successfully, like last time?

Marshall : I guess not.
Cotton : *Huff* Has.. one sec.. I need to catch my breath..
Liberty : Woah, Cotton! You alright?
Cotton : Well, hiding in the storage room cost me a whole lotta junk. It fell on me! Oh, hey, you got the scroll!
Marshall : I sure did, hehe.

-Daytime-
-Artifacts room-

Museum founder : Ah, the Scroll! It's safe in its place, Oh ho ho! I was worried this thing would be lost forever!
Security Guard 1 : Yes Boss, it sure is safe for now.
Cotton : Hehe, well, you sure cared about the treasure more, I think. ^_^;
Museum founder : Of Course I do! Why wouldn't I?! 
[He later bragged about it, which Cotton left the museum to meet the Paw Patrol outside]

-Outside of the Museum-
Ryder : Oh, hey Cotton!
Cotton : Hi, Ryder, Hi Paw Patrol!
Ryder : So, did the museum Founder said anything?
Cotton : Well, I just wanna thank on his behalf but I wanna thank on my half as well! Especially all of you pups!
Chase : Don't mention it! It's our duty to keep everyone and everything safe, as long as there's no danger anymore!
Marshall : And I fulfilled my duty as the Guardian of the Ancient scroll !

Skye : Hehe, don't worry. He had that role back in Sensei Yumi's Pup-Fu Lessons.
Cotton : That explains it.
Ryder : So I guess we should head back to Adventure bay now, right? 
Pups : Yeah!
Cotton : Wait, I forgot I have something! Hold up for a second.. Aha! Here ya go!

All : Woah!
Skye : Aw, this is cute!
Rubble : Sparkly!
Ryder : Wow, you made this, for us?
Cotton : Well I wanted to give this earlier during the clover's treasure mission but it was a bad timing back then so, I wanna give it to you now!
Liberty : Dang, I never expect you worked on a scrapbook before.
Cotton : Times change, eh?
Marshall : This is so sweet of you, Cotton, I Liked it! Ooh, can we keep it?
Cotton : Sure, take it as a gift, Master Guardian!

Marshall : Haha, we will!
