My #13

[1] Ice Queen

My alarm clock wakes me up at 6:55. I lay in bed till about 7am and then i get straight out of bed and into the shower. My shower can't take too long but i am able to wash my body and do everything i need to do sufficiently. I go back into my room and put on my uniform for Tommen. It's not a bad uniform really, a plain white shirt with a black and red striped tie,a skirt and tights,just a basic irish uniform. I decide i can't really be bothered to do my hair in anything fancy so i put it into two dutch braids,and i put on some makeup,just the necessities (blush,bronzer,mascara and concealer).

I make sure it's after 7:15 before i leave my room for a second time in order to miss Marcus leaving for work. I never want to see him at this time in the morning,or just never in general. As i walk into the kitchen and place my bag on the chair i see conor in his high chair squealing excitingly and maeve wanders over to me babbling.

"hey gorgeous girl" i say as i pick her up. no reply as per but she just babbles. I smile at Owen who is sat on the sofa eating some cereal on his phone. He is still in school but is at BCS and he didn't want to move to Tommen. I sit down next to the twins who just babble at me for a good half an hour and before i know it i hear a knock at the door. Feely.

I open the door and see Feely smiling back at me.
"ready for another excellent term at tommen?"

he says sarcastically
"when am i not?" i shoot back as i shout by to my family and we leave for school.

I have a nice catch up with Feely on the way to school. He is a quiet but sweet lad,not up in anyone's business and keeps to himself a lot of the time, well you would say that about anyone if you have Gerard Gibson in your friend group. Once we get to it see my ray of sunshine,claire, bounding towards me with a big smile on her face,walking at a normal pace like a normal human being,was little shannon. Feely wanders off and i quickly realise he goes to meet Gibsie and Johnny.

"how are you my darling best friend?" Claire asks happily

"you are too sunshiney today claire" I smile back at her.

"without the sun in your life you wouldn't be able to see" she says

We walk into the school and i go and sit into the common room for 4th,5th and 6th year as we have no tutor time this morning. I go to our usual spot and already see that Feely is sat with Gibsie and Johnny.

"hey guys" Claire says smiling and sits down next to Gibsie.

Not suprising really...they've been madly in love with each other for as long as i can remember but neither of them will actually admit it, when Gibs "admits his love for her everyday" he does it as a joke but everybody knows that it's not.

"Claire Bearrrr" he says dragging out the r. "How is my favourite girl doing?"

She nudges him in response. I smile at the interaction because i know that claire is madly in love with him too she just doesn't want to admit it either,she is scared the Gibs will get bored of her because he goes through girls like he does outfits and in his words "he likes the chase".

I sit down in my normal space on the sofa opposite Claire and Gibs, Shannon comes and sits next to me,she is awfully quiet today,more then usual.

"you okay Shan?" i ask

She just nods. I'm not totally convinced,probably something to do with her Dad. I look over at Johnny who is on his phone. He is looking extra smashable today,his hair is a little messy and his tie is very loose around his neck. He looks up from his phone at smiles at me.

Shit. Don't blush don't blush don't blush.

I smile back at him then look at Claire who addresses the whole group.
