Chapter 1: The Rituals

"I'm going to the concert!" Mei shouted at her mom, Ming loudly and ran to SkyDome with her red panda. Ming's red panda soul necklace had shattered. Ming started angry. Later, her red panda soul necklace broke, and her red panda soul went into Ming's body. "MEI MEI!" She shouted and started to hunt down her only one daughter, Meilin Lee.

While Mei was on her way to her favorite band's concert, 4*Town, she didn't know what's happening behind her. She was just happily transforming into a human or red panda so that she could arrive faster. Later, she arrived at SkyDome. She landed near her friends' group. "What are you doing here?" Miriam asked. "I couldn't do it. The red panda's a part of me, and you guys are too" Mei panting while answered. "Mei, you threw us under the bus." Miriam responded, "I know and I'm sorry. I've been, like, obsessed with my mom's approval my whole life. I couldn't take losing it but losing you guys feel even worse." Mei responded back sadly. "Well, too bad. Because you did." The Tamagotchi's sound starts beeping after their silence. Miriam groaned after the beep, and Priya and Abby exposed her secret that Miriam does take care her Tamagotchi named "Robaire Jr." Later, Miriam gave her Tamagotchi back to Mei. "4*Town forever?" Mei said. Miriam sighed, said "4*Town forever" and hugged Mei. Soon, Priya and Abby joined and hugged Mei. "Tyler???" Miriam was shocked. Tyler was also shocked and covered himself with the Number 4 sign. "No! Tyler? Who's Tyler? I don't know a-" Tyler said with his voice that was pitched down and got interrupted by Mei. "You are a 4*Townie?" Later, Mei and her friends screamed, ran to Tyler and hugged him. "Welcome to the sisterhood." Priya said welcoming Tyler to the group and play with his hair. "Whatever dorks, c-cut it out!" Tyler said with awkward chuckles. "Your mom must have gone nuclear." Miriam said jokingly. "Who cares? What's she gonna do? Ground me?" Mei responded back jokingly also. They all laughed at Mei.

While the crowded chanted the word "4*Town!" repeatedly. Mei's mom or I should call it, Ming in giant red panda form walked to SkyDome furiously. Mei and her friends were so excited about the concert that was going to happen. "Four, three, two, one!", The crowd chanted as the screen showed the countdown. "Are you ready?" The announcer said. Later, 4*Town members were showed that they're in the cage. Aaron T. is the first one to come out of the cage with his "sUpEr KiCk", jumped out of the cage and spin one time. Miriam was so amazed by him. After T, It's Z turn to get out from his cage. He dunked the basketball, shot the basketball to the back and posted a bit. "Z!! I LOVE YOU MAN!!!" Tyler shouted as loud as he can. Soon, he realized that his voice was a bit too loud so that Z could hear him, he closed his mouth with his hand as his embarrassment. Z heard his voice and gave him a wink. "Omg Tyler, he gave you a wink!" Mei said to Tyler excitedly. Later is Tae Young with his superman jump and give everyone a wink. Abby melted. After Tae Young, it was Jesse who gave everyone a kiss, and the cage was open. "Jesseeeeee!!!!" Priya screamed and laid back a bit with her friends supporting her back. "Toronto, who know what's up!" Robaire announced and later his cage was open with fire sparks near the stage.

"You want it?" Robaire sings the first line. "I want it!" the crowd chant and repeat this for couple of times. "Gimme one, two, three, four!" Robaire sang and later the wings appeared on their back, and they started to go higher and higher. Soon, they started to come down slowly and extend their hand to the crowd. The crowd ran to their nearest member, Mei and her friends also did. Mei climbed her friends to "tOuCh RoBaIrE's HaNd."

Just an inch apart, Ming shouted "MEI MEI! WHERE ARE YOU!?". The crowd was shocked about what's happening, including 4*Town members. Now, 4*Town members were stuck in their wings in the air. "Help!" Robaire shouted as Jesse and Tae Young tried to "sWiM" to escape Ming but cannot because they're stuck in the air and the sling that attached their wings to their back. Ming finally saw Mei and she shouted her name loudly and jumped into the SkyDome. The crowd ran away. Mei's aunties and her dad arrived at the place. "We need to save your mother!" Grandma told Mei. "What can I do? She's huge" Mei told her dad, Jin with shocked in Ming's size of red panda. "I told you she was big!" Jin responded. "That big!?" Mei asked. "MEI MEI!!" Ming grabbed Mei with her huge paw. "You are in big trouble, young lady!" Ming said to Mei angrily. "Mom! Let me go!" Mei tried to escape her mother's paw. "I'm shutting this down right now!" Ming grabbed the 4*Town sign and removed it. The 4*Town members were terrified and scared that they would fall off their wings. Aaron T. and Jesse were so scared that they acted like little kids when they almost fell. Jesse cried for his mercy and Tae Young just curled into a ball and peeped outside a bit. Robaire and Aaron Z. looked chilled outside but terrified inside also. She later dropped the 4*Town sign to the ground. "This isn't you!" Ming shouted at Mei furiously. "This is me, mom!" Mei turned into a red panda and bit Ming's paw, made her flick her paw and Mei fell from her paw. She transformed into a human before she reached the ground so that she wasn't hurt. Her friends and relatives were running to her to check if she's ok. Mei was so angry she turned into a red panda and shouted at Ming. "I'm not your little Mei Mei anymore! I lied mom!". Ming was shocked. "It was my idea to hustle the panda, my idea to go to Tyler's party! It was all me! I like boys! I like loud music! I like gYrAtInG! I'm 13, deal with it!" Mei shouted at her mother. Ming was so angry, she roared. Grandma told aunties to go to their position for their rituals. Jin started to form a circle with the chalk. Grandma told Mei to keep Ming busy. "How could you be so, so crass?" Ming shouted at Mei angrily. "Oh! That's nothing! You wanna see crass?" After she ended the sentence, she started to dance and twerk in front of her mother. Ming was disgusted by her actions. "What are you doing!? Stop moving like that!" Her friends cheered Mei to keep her in a circle. Jin finished drawing a circle and told the aunties to start chanting. "Sing louder!" Grandma told the aunties. Miriam and her friends saw 4*Town was already get out of their wings, ready to leave. Miriam suggested her friends to run to 4*Town for help.
