Mario: Okay, guys. Our hotel rooms are gonna be ready in a couple of hours. That means we can explore.

They all split up into groups. The Jumpman family (Mario, Meggy, Misty, Melony, Axol, Luigi, Saiko, Desti, and Largret), The anti cast (SMG3, Whimpu, Belle, and Kaizo), the anime quartet (Rob, Jubjub, Bob and Boopkins), the Spletzer family (Eva, Jay, Eddie, Mabel, Scarlett, and Maya), and the meta runners (Lamar, Sofia, Theo, Lucinia, Marco, Masa, Evelyn, Satsuki-Chan, and Bo)
With the Jumpman family.
Mario: Wow. Japan is a really beautiful place.
Axol: Yeah. (Notices Meggy spraying herself with something) What have you got there, Meggy?
Meggy: Anime repellent. Inklings wear this whenever they're in an area with a lot of anime. No offense, Saiko.

Mario: Anyway, where should we go first?
Axol: How about we go to a nearby koi pond.
Misty: Oooooooooh! Fishy! (Runs to the pond) Fishy! Fishy!
Mario: Misty, wait! (Runs after her)
Meggy: Oh boy. (Runs after Misty, too)
The others all run to the koi pond.
Misty: (Watching the koi) Wow.
Desti: Huh. Those are good-looking fish.
Axol: They're Japanese koi. Some of the most beautiful fish in the world. But, Melony is more beautiful.

Axol: 😊
Mario: Hey, now. Behave, you 2 😏

Mario: (Laughs)
Axol: Very funny.
Mario: I know.
Misty: Hey, Axol! Let's play tag!
Axol: Hehe. Okay, Misty. You better run!!!!
Misty: AAAH! (Runs)
Axol: Woah, she's fast. (Chases her)
Misty: 😄 (runs into someone) Oof! Oh! I'm so sorry!!!

Everyone else: Huh?!
