2MIN - ″Break up? No way!″🍪

Sorry for taking so long.🙇‍♀️

Here is a short, dialog-heavy story I suddenly got the urge to write after watching an angsty bl drama.

I wanted to vent and this is the result.

"Let's break up. " Minho said, his eyes avoiding the younger's.

"Eh? What are you saying? " Seungmin's eyes widened, lips starting to tremble.

"I said, let's break up. I don't want to see you anymore. " the older bowed his head, not able to look at his now crying boyfriend.

"B-But, why? Did I do something? Did I upset you? Tell me! I'll try to fix it- no, I WILL fix it! So please- "

"Seungmin-ah. I'm sorry. You did nothing wrong. It's me, I'm the problem. " Minho wanted this to end fast, already regretting all of this.

"W-What? Why? Did something happen? Don't tell me you still think about that incident. Hyung! That was my fault! Don't blame yourself-" Seungmin was shaking, tears rolling down his face and hands trying to reach Minho, who was doing his best to avoid.

"No! Seung... " Minho huffed, trying to stop the tears from spilling. "One, I do feel bad for what I did back then, but that is not the problem here. Two, you are not to blame, not for then and definitely not for now. And three... " he sighed, a single tear falling, betraying him. "I'm..." he let another tear spill, his voice cracking too. He was a mess.

"Hyung..." Seungmin wasn't far from that too, face red and soaked with tears, voice quiet and sad.

"Wait. Let me finish. " Minho took a deep shaky breath, "I'm not worth your love. You should be with someone who can love and cherish you. Someone who is not like me. " he finished, a hand hiding his face, tears now falling uncontrollably.

"D-Do you not love me? Is that it? " Seungmin was shocked. He does not remember being unsatisfied with the older. It was quite the opposite. He was the happiest.

"Seung-" Minho finally looked at Seungmin, his eyes wide with surprise.

"NO! I'm not breaking up with you! I refuse! Never! " he pulled Minho in a kiss, sloppy and all over the place, slippery from his tears, but full of love. If it wasn't for his burning lungs from lack of oxygen, he would have kept kissing him longer.

"Sorry..." Minho said, his voice hushed and out of breath. Seungmin shook his head, letting the last tear fall before looking at him in the eyes.

"Don't. I know you're just insecure. But don't do this again, or I might get a heart attack. Especially on our anniversary. " Seungmin laughed and the older soon followed after.

After calming down they sat on the sofa and Minho told Seungmin everything. What has been bothering him and all of his concerns? And as the best boyfriend he was, Seungmin listened to him and countered every worry, leaving nothing but positivity in the older's stubborn head.

"I love you hyung, and I will never stop loving you. " Seungmin pecked him and climbed on his lap.

"Me too. Sorry for hurting you, and I promise I will never do it again. " Minho wrapped his arms around the younger's waist and pulled him into another sloppy and messy kiss.
