*her father looked up from his desk as his daughter entered the room.* "Oh, honey? You're home sooner than I expected. How was school today?" "It's good" say The lord. "That's great. I'm glad to hear it. Did you have any problems with your teachers or your friends today?" Say her father. "No dad" say The Lord. "Great!" *her father put his paperwork aside and walked over to his daughter.* "Come here, kiddo. I want to ask you something." *she walked to her father* oh ok what is it. "Let me see your arm, honey," *her father asked, holding a concerned expression on his face.* Oh right. *her father inspected his daughter's arm, noticing the small scratch marks.* "You've been playing with those nextbots again, haven't you?" No.. "Don't lie to me, dear. Your mother and I have been worried about you lately. Do you know how dangerous those nextbots are?" Yea I know that dad. *her father held his daughter close for a moment.* "Then promise me you'll stop playing with those things, okay? They're not safe." Fine. "Good decision, dear. Now I have something else to tell you." *her father placed his hand on his daughter's shoulder.* What is it. "You're old enough now to learn about how nextbots can transform into alternates. Your mother and I have been hiding this secret from you because we wanted to protect you...but now that you're growing up, you need to know the truth." I see.... *her father took a deep breath before continuing.* "Your mother and I discovered a while back that nextbots are more than just simple computer programs. They can transform into dangerous, evil versions of themselves when triggered by certain conditions. We're not exactly sure what triggers them, but if I had to guess...I'd say it has something to do with trauma."
