EPILOGUE

Back to Present  (Yoongi's book launch)

The whole room was silent except for the occasional sniffs.... Yoongi wiped his own tears before looking back at Jungkook who had his head hanging down...his shoulders shaking slightly with Jimin's hand holding onto his arm

' Jeon Jungkook and Kim Taehyung...' Yoongi cleared his throat ' The most beautiful love story I have ever witnessed....but as the saying goes....no beauty ever comes without pain...even the prettiest of roses holds the deadliest of thorns... But as promised...I did write a book on their fairytale...and my Hobi did hold a huge book launch for me.....' Yoongi looked at the audience ' But even after six years from that dreadful day I couldn't find it in myself to put an end to heartstrings... Many things changed.... But the emptyness that Taehyung left in all of us remained the same... The guilt of not being able to protect him still gnawing at our hearts....'

The loud ringing of Jungkook's phone cut in through Yoongi's words... Jungkook apologized as he stood up... moving to a corner.. wiping off his tears as he looked at the caller id Dada's Little Hearts

' Hey Princess' Jungkook tried to sound as cheerful as he could but his heart stopped when he heard the broken voice of his daughter

' Dada... please come home fast'

Yoongi sprang up from his place when he saw Jungkook running out of there... He looked back at Jin who nodded before going behind him

' I need to leave' Yoongi breathed out ' I...I am sorry for leaving like this...but I need to go....'

Yoongi almost reached the entrance when a woman who was listening to him all this while voiced out a questions that was nagging every single one of them

' Yoongi shi... Is he alive' She called ' Where is Kim Taehyung now?'

Yoongi turned around looking at her for a second as he said

' Home'

' Home?' Jin asked getting into the driver's seat with Jungkook next to him and Jimin on the back seat ' Is everything alright?'

' I don't know' Jungkook said...his voice filled with fear ' Cyra just asked me to come home quickly...I-'

' Relax Kook' Jimin squeezed his shoulder

' Please...drive fast hyung' Jungkook mumbled restlessly as Jin increased the speed

Jungkook leaned his head against the window glass.... The words of the doctor from six years ago still ringing in his ears

' Am sorry Mr Jeon...but Kim Taehyung shi is apparently is in a coma...and we can't specifically say for how long'

Every single day from that moment has been a torture for him.... He had seen days turning into weeks...weeks into months and months into years...He saw the seasons changing....he saw his Jin and Joon hyung's wedding...saw how they rose to be the nation's couple... He saw Yoongi raising to fame with his songs... just like how Taehyung had always dreamed... He saw Jimin taking over the whole fashion industry...he saw how Hobi turned out to be the most in demand publisher....he saw his own empire flourishing.... And most importantly... He is seeing his daughter growing up into a beautiful young girl of 11..with an angelic mind just like her appa

All this six years it was just Jungkook against the world.... The doctors gave up hope after an year and then Jin and Bogum decided to take it up on themselves to look after Taehyung's medical needs.... But as time passed by everyone of them started getting more busy and it became Jungkook Cyra and their Taehyung with the hyungs visiting once in a while....
