"Your Highness, it's the sixth driver." Matt said, almost horrified.

"Okay," I replied.

He gave me a look as if I had done a major sin with no repentance. It is the sixth driver in six days that I have fired. Already in the first week of my classes, they were running out of drivers and circulating for more.

"But I don't like him either."

He shut his eyes and started messaging forehead stressfully.

"Now hurry up, I'm getting late for class."

"Yes, Your Highness. I will drive you—"

"No! I want that guy who drove us the first day."

"But he—"

"Look, Matt, listen to me. I don't care what Dad said. Only that guy or else I will not go at all." I said, and as soon as he turned back— "If you are going to report it to my father, let me tell you I will get you fired as well because that night I heard everything."

His face paled. "Heard what?"

"You guys were mocking me and my family."

Silence.

I don't know if I should feel happy or pathetic. It hit straight on the bull's eye. Which was nothing but a wild guess, after knowing what Dominic told his sister–it was so painfully rational that they they all might be doing the same. Heck!

"Call him," I warned one last time.

My mouth was left open when he said he goes to Yale. Then literally just escaped. I searched for him on campus the entire week but there was no sign. So maybe it was just a lie to prove—look you are not special. I'm better than you.

I'd make him round the whole campus—let's see how much he knows.

...
He looked devastated, unnerving. I stared at him alarmingly until realizing he wouldn't say anything. So snuggling in the car, I was getting finally comfortable until Matty plopped beside him.

"Do you really go to Yale?" I asked, as soon as he started the engine. "And why didn't you say it that day?" I turned to Matt.

Dominic's hand paused right on the gear lever, oddly turning to Matt. They shared intense eye contact. Until he sighed, focusing on the road again. A few seconds later Matty pushed his arm, trying to remind him something.

"Yes," Dominic said monotonously.

"Oh."

A few moments later.

"Then why didn't I find you there?" I chid yet again.

"I was off, went to visit someone."

"So you'd actually be going to the college now?"

"That's right."

I nodded, still feeling an ounce of doubt. "What do you study?"

"Law."

No doubt he didn't complain like others, who'd straight start attacking. He got the best of it. Even better than me. Graduating Law from Yale would take it too far—he'd never have to look behind.

It clicked something— "Is this because of your father?"

"Yes."

"So that you can save people like him."

"No."

"Oh." I said, kind of lost now, already feeling the thick awkwardness in the car. While these two men put on serious temper. "Matty!" I suddenly called my bodyguard.
