Y/N POV
My father and I are currently loading our things up in the trunk. We will move from the beautiful, green, quiet, and fresh landscape of the countryside to the bustling city of Seoul. Me and my sister both got offered a scholarship because of our good grades and as my family is now financially stable, we decided to move to Seoul to experience a change of scenery.
"Hey, Y/N. Tell your mother and sister to hurry up, or else I'll leave them both here..." My father sighed sarcastically to me as we finished loading up our stuff. "Alright, I'll tell them to hurry up." I went back inside the house and went one by one into their rooms.
"Mom, Eunchae! Dad said to hurry up!" I exclaimed so they could hear me. "Okay, Mom and I will be there in a few!" Eunchae shouted from her room, still getting ready. After a few minutes, both of them went outside, now ready.
"Come on, let's go!" My mom said while wearing her most expensive clothes and jewelry, with her face full of makeup. "Mom, are those necessary?" I furrowed my eyebrows upon the sight and questioned while shaking my head.
"Of course it is, Y/N! I need to look good, we're moving to the city" My mom enthusiastically said, occasionally fixing her hair. "Ah, are you making yourself look good to the city boys? Okay." My father coldly replied to my mother before crossing his arms.
"No, no! You know you're my only man, mwah!~" Mom said as she pecked my father on his lips. Eunchae and I could only cringe and look away in disgust. "Disgusting..." Eunchae whispered right into my ear as she narrowed her eyes at our parents.
"Yeah, but just let them be," I responded quietly with a soft chuckle. We finally went inside our vehicle and our journey started. It's gonna be a 4-hour ride and I decided to stay awake the whole ride, I want to see what the buildings look like, as I'm not familiar with the city. I'm getting pretty excited. I then put on my headphones and listened to some music. I feel my eyelids get heavy as I watch the scenery outside the window.
