Chamomile is good for Hay Fever, Wounds, Ulcers, Eczema, Burns, Bruises, Gout, Skin Irritations, Canker Sores, Neuralgia, Sciatica, Rheumatic Pain, Hemorrhoids, Mastitis, Stomach Cramps, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Gas, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Insomnia, maybe Depression, and it's also best herb for Anxiety.

There are some bad things about it though.. It brings drowsiness, nausea or vomiting if taken in large doses, Sometimes allergic reactions if you're allergic to related plants (Daisies, marigolds, ragweed, chrysanthemums, etc.)

Do NOT take Chamomile if you are pregnant. Unless you are allergic to related plants or are pregnant, it is encouraged to drink 2-3 cups of Chamomile tea a day.

Chamomile can interact with blood-thinning drugs, antidepressants, sedatives, cyclosporine, anti-seizure meds, aspirin, drugs used to treat insomnia, and more.

I would talk to your doctor before taking Chamomile. We don't want you to hurt yourself by taking it.
