It's a beautiful day outside. A captivating stillness hung in the air, beckoning both children and adults to step outside and immerse themselves in the enchanting embrace of the winter season.

"A beautiful day indeed." March 7th draws back the curtains, feeling very energetic despite having woken up a few minutes ago.

It's Christmas Eve today and her friends are coming over to celebrate it with her!

She skips ecstatically around the confines of her living space. She starts sweeping the floor and meticulously inspecting the state of her decorations one final time, as she ensures the tidiness of the area.

To appreciate her hard work, she snaps a picture with her phone, a hobby she developed over time. "Perfect." She mutters to herself, smiling gleefully at her work of art.

She examines the presents she thoughtfully arranged for her friend, nestled beneath the Christmas tree. The act is more about easing her anxiety, an irrational fear that these guys might mysteriously vanish for some reason—though, of course, these are inanimate objects with no capacity for movement.

Despite the regular gatherings with her friends, today held a special significance. It is Christmas Eve after all! She was particularly eager to share this important occasion with them, especially with a certain raven-haired boy, Dan Heng.

The boy occupied a special spot in her heart, and she's been crushing on him for what feels like an eternity. Eight years long? Maybe seven? Who's counting? All she knows is she's got a major thing for him.

She delayed expressing her feelings multiple times, afraid it might jeopardize their close friendship. Is today the day to give it another shot? Maybe... There has to be a certain mood, she feels. Would he feel the same way about her though? She certainly hopes so.

A rosy tint embraces the texture of her cheeks as Dan Heng's face occupies her mind. She dismisses those thoughts with a shake of her head, there's other stuff to do that needs her attention.

"Whatever. Let's not dwell on him for now. The upcoming party must take top priority. I'll need to look my best; perhaps then, he'll see me as a woman? Hehe..." She says, ending with a playful giggle.

She'll dress up later; it's still way early after all, and she just cleaned the house. Give her a break!

She takes refuge in the arms of her humble couch and pulls out her phone, scrolling through the photos stored within the device. She smiles at the countless pictures in her gallery, yet one face always consistently pops up.

It was Dan Heng. Damn it! She has so many pictures of him too.

She blushes at the thought. Just when she decided not to think about him a few minutes ago, he always finds his way into her mind somehow, some way.

It's both exasperating and comforting for the young maiden in love as she daydreams about the possible scenarios where they end up together.

Where does she even begin? He may be cold and reserved but he can also be sweet. He has the patience to put up with her antics and his calm demeanor soothes her entire being.

"Ahhhh!" She buries her face with a pillow from the couch to hide her embarrassment from nobody in particular.

The blushing teen takes a peek at her phone once again and flips through the photo albums. Hoping that time goes by a little faster.

The first ones to arrive are the twins.

"Stelle! Caelus!" March pulls them both into a big hug. The twins easily reciprocate the gesture.

"Come inside." She quickly ushered them both to her house.
