Chapter five: Puzzles and near death

"then you should've brought a heavier coat, human." he growls lowly, his stomach rumbling

《3rd person point of view》
Coming up on the first puzzle, the brothers walked around something as papyrus instructed you to stay there with Aliza, which you did. "HUMAN!" you flinch from the sudden yelling and look over, making eye contact with papyrus. "THIS PUZZLE IS SIMPLE, AN INVISIBLE ELECTRICITY MAZE! IF YOU FAIL, YOU GET COOKED ALIVE!!" you shudder from the thought as papyrus tossed a blue orb over the maze, you were the one to catch it. "SINCE THERE IS TWO OF YOU, YOU SHALL BOTH HOLD ONTO THE OBJECT TO SHARE THE CONSEQUENCE OF STEPPING INTO THE WALLS OF THE MAZE!!" you nod in understanding, and hand one end to Aliza, she whispers to you "just follow my lead, I know where to go" you wanted to ask how, but she had already started walking, giving you no time to react. you squeaked quietly and followed her, staying as close as you could without making her trip and fall which would've costed both your lives.

nearing the end of the maze Aliza took a sharp sudden turn, which gave you surprise, you could feel the ball warming up with electricity as you narrowly avoided a wall, and you felt your hair standing up on end. you heard sans laughing quietly as his fingers twitched, tightening around his axe. you exit the maze right after Aliza, and stop to catch your breath, putting the blue object in the tall skeletons hand. "VERY WELL, HUMANS! I DID NOT EXPECT YOU TO COMPLETE THIS PUZZLE THIS EASILY!" Aliza didn't let you answer him and answered for you "Let's just get to the next puzzle" papyrus narrowed his beady eyes, but nodded and began leading the two of you, sans whispered something to him and he ran off, returning with two plates of spaghetti "YOU TWO LOOK HUNGRY! EAT!" sans got two hotdogs out of his coat "Nah you won't want those...here, have these instead."
《Sans's point of view》
I waited to see if either one would take my hot dogs. (Y/N) looked at Aliza for answers, typical. they'll be dead within a few days, probably when they meet grillby. I mostly watch (Y/N), eventually they went towards me while Aliza went to Papyrus. I held out the hotdog, they looked wary before taking the hotdog, and biting into it. I waited. they seemed to enjoy it, and I smiled, eerily large, just to freak them out, then looked over at Aliza and began naming the so called spices my brother put in his spaghetti, naming human names instead of spices. Aliza looked disturbed, that's it, there's the fear I want to see.

I laugh and put my hand on my skull, tightening my grip on my axe yet again, my brother put the plates away and looked at me, staring. making sure I wasn't going to try anything on the humans. I put a hand up to him, reassuring him that I wasn't going to try anything to the humans, I took a chance to walk away, papyrus and the humans not far behind me.
《readers point of view》
I walk alongside Aliza, as the skeleton brothers walk ahead of us, I don't know what they have in store for us, but I don't think I want to know...I kept following Aliza, until the brothers seemed to vanish and appear in front of us, an area of wide and long blue snow, it looked like...Ice? Aliza grabbed me hand, signaling me to not walk across the ice, and instead held up three fingers. Sans seemed annoyed and confused, and papyrus was mildly confused, walking into the blue snow it stuck to him like glue, however he just walked through it as if it were nothing, grabbing us and carrying us across and then placing us in the snow, I was right beside sans, shaking slightly from fear and surprise. "What? Surprised? heh, listen kid, a tip. when you see blue snow, Stop. blue snow, is like glue, it sticks to you and pulls you down" sans whispered to me, making me flinch before nodding. when we got to the next puzzle, I didn't know what to expect from any of this, it's a large floor with colorful tiles, everywhere..
