The unknown disease

The ugly truth

In the hall
Mom : do u know y u fainted the previous day

Me : yaa of course , it's because of headache.

Dad : no it's not because of headache it's because of a strange disease

Me :what disease (as her heart skips a beat with fear )

Mom : we visited the hospital this morning and the doctor said that they found out a strange microbe in ur head which insist to be a new disease discovered. So they need u to admit to the hospital asap.

Me : what ? What are u guys saying I'm totally fine see (she stood up and rotates )

Dad : see Laura this disease is not like any other disease . This disease might even kill u if u ignore it . But don't worry they said there might be a chance to be cured

Me : a chance to be cured ?! Why aren't they 100% sure ?

Mom : K now enough with questions. Laura go to the upstairs and pack all the stuff needed for u in the hospital , call me if u need any help

Me : wait wait , don't say that I'm going to hospital , am I going to die, am I a patient . No this can't be it . I need to achieve and advent many things in future this can't be (she says it unstoppable with panting and scared )

Laura faints ........(dad picks her up asap and lie her in the sofa )

Dad : didn't u hear what the doc said . We need to be patient with her the more tension she is the more chances of her you know what it is .

Dad pours water to his daughters face and she woke up

Mom : don't worry Laura it's just for 1 week and ur gonna be normal again .

Me : are u sure mom?

Mom : yup 100% , only if u listen to my words

Me : ok then say what should I do ?

Mom : u can take a little rest now and pack up things as I said , this night im gonna make ur fav chicken recipes

Me : what chicken!!!!( she makes those like twice a month ) k I'm gonna pack asap

Laura went upstairs and slept as she was a little sleepy

Dad : u do know u should not lie to her like this !( says in slow voice as she should not hear him

Mom : it's for her own good after 1 week we can console her a bit (with tears in her eyes but not coming out)

Dad : make all her fav dishes . Don't know how much Time it'll take to cure this disease

Lily (her sis ) : mom dad is it true what I hear right now ( she was in the back of the main door )

Mom : calm down she could hear u . And yes it's all true (says frowning)

Lily: hugs her mom and starts to cry

Dad : u do know that she might be cured .

Lily : I know (says sobbing)

Mom: now wipe ur tears and help ur sis to pack up her stuff

Lily: k (and she went upstairs wiping her tears)

All of them came down and the whole table was filled with various types of chicken dish like chicken nuggets , chicken curry , chicken rice and many more like these . Laura was so happy seeing this and others were happy seeing her smile , all of them had dinner with a smile in their face .

The next morning laura was ready with her suitcase and lily took her day off from her college and bought some vanilla muffin for Laura saying that sweets symbolise safe

Laura: mmmm the muffins is tasty !

Mom : k guys get up to the car

Laura faints again this time it was not only just faint but she was not breathing too !!!!!

Everyone was shocked and they had put Laura in the car and took her to the hospital as that was the only thing to do as there were no ambulance . They reached the hospital and the doc said ...................
