"Sofia?" Dove was almost paralyzed by seeing the girl she had been searching down. It seemed like time had stopped and she was just taken back to the time where they had always been together. It seemed like just seeing Sofia's face, nothing at all had changed. In that second she relaxed that without Sofia, she had lost the only thing in her life she had been sure of
There was a silence because neither of the girls knew what was to come, this was unknown territory and even though they just wanted both to hold each other, the girls didn't know what was going on in the others brain
Before another second, Lauren just pulled Dove into her arms and neither of them could help but smile, even though the past hasn't been the best of memories for them, they both know that there were underlying feelings. Of course they both could have been her by coincidence, they didn't even know if the other girl knew hebron's they had made so long ago but somehow being in the same room was enough for them to remember the feelings of the past years and it didn't matter if this was an accident or not, it was enough for the both of them
"I've missed you." Dove said
"I've missed you too." Sofia said

Sabrina sat in the corner of the room, glass in hand as all she could think about was the overwhelming future that was in store for her and her boyfriend. Nothing could take away the thoughts of the pain and heartbreak that she could be in soon. As her mind raced, the man in question decided to take a seat down beside her, knowing that the upcoming conversation wasn't going to be easy
"How are you doing?" Tom asked, even though he knew the response wasn't going to be a good one
"I feel like..." As she looked at the man, she couldn't help but smile. It was so strange that even though her mind was filled with such darkness, all she could do was just feel a happiness she had never felt before "I feel as if I am the luckiest girl on Earth because I get to see the new year in with you." Sabrina stated and soon enough, her drink was on the table, using her free hand to pull Tom up
As she looked into his eyes, she no longer seemed to see the pain of the future, but the happiness of the past. Tom has changed her so much even though she had never wanted to admit it. For the past years, he has molded the girl into a better version of herself, without even trying and nothing would ever be able to stop the love she had for him. Nothing she could do would ever be able to repay him for the amount he had done for her
It was when she looked at him in this light that she realized nothing she could ever own, nothing she could ever do would he as valuable as Tom was to her. He was honestly the greatest thing in her life and if she had to let him go for a while x she knew she would have to because he had let her grow as a person so Sabrina would have to return the favor
With the music booming, and their hands connected, the smile on both of the couples faces made Sabrina forget everything that had crowded her mind. Whatever was to come, all the pain would be worth the memories she could always hold on to and she was not going to spend those last memories fighting when instead she could be holding the man she loved. The man she loved and will always love. Nothing on Earth would ever be able to stop the feelings they both had
"I love you, Tom." Sabrina said
"I love you too, Sab." Tom said
