confusion.

"Wake up"
6:30 am in the morning and u felt covers being pulled off you.
You groaned in response as the blinding morning sunlight peaked through the blinds, the lack of warmth from your duvet making you curl up into a ball.
"Get dressed were going out"
"We whose we" you thought, laughing at the audacity he had in your head
You squeezed your eyes shut and buried your face into your arms only humming in response to your colonels demands.
"Y/n don't make this difficult for me."
But you were far away in your own world, his only reply was the soft snores and gentle shuffles of your morning sleep.
"Not a morning person huh"
"Leave me alone" you muttered as you continued to hug yourself in a desperate attempt to get some warmth

It wasn't long before guren got tired of your morning attitude and picked you up so suddenly causing you to jolt awake

"What are you doing.."
He silenced you with his large hand and dragged you to the bathroom.

He sat you down on the edge of the bathtub as he began washing your face gently. you frowned at his sudden actions your hands gripped his white shirt as you pushed him off you quickly with full force.

"Now that your awake I expect you to sort yourself out and be down in 5"

He left the bathroom leaving you in a trance, your hands cupped your cheeks to where his once were a faint blush creeping up to your cheeks

"-what was he thinking..."

You began stripping yourself nude , wrapping your cast in waterproof film before getting into the shower and blasting it on full heat you began to close your eyes allowing yourself to get lost in your thoughts..

"Why is it that he's allways on my mind..."
"I hate that jerk"
"But he's so handsome..."
Shaking of the voices in your head you began to think about your familly

"-There gone.."

You whispered tears blurring your vision.. I couldn't do anything to help them...
Even though I was the problem child.. there still my familly...
All you could remember was how happy they looked.. and then suddenly they were on the floor all bloodied..

Your soft sniffles soon became loud sobs as you broke down
Thinking about how your life changed so suddenly

Suddenly a voice snapped you right out of your thoughts..

He'd only make things worse..

"Why are you crying."

"Why did you come in here" you snapped right back at him

"I said be down in 5 and it's been 20 minutes seems like you have problems comprehending simple instructions so I had to come and remind you just to find you crying pathetically"

"Oh but I do. Your an open book to me y/n you lost your familly because you are weak. You couldn't protect them
You watched pathetically as each of their lives got taken and you couldn't do a single thing about it. And if you don't want a repeat of that then the solution is within you. You need to change. Become strong. Because at the end of the day I refuse to look after someone as weak and as pathetic as you"

It felt like a knife in your chest

"I can't believe I really fell for this jerk.." - you thought

It makes it even more worse that he's right.
it was my fault.

You were pulled out of your thoughts once you felt a familliar feeling that you know all too well a large hand brushing against your cheeks gently wiping away the remainder of your dried tears..

Both of you stood in an akward silence as he dried your hair and wrapped you in your towel.

"He makes me sick" you thought
"Allways messing with my feelings like this.. why doess he act so strange his words.. so hurtful.. but his actions...so gentle.."

He picked you up like a baby not daring to even look at your face as he kicked the bathroom door open taking you back into your assigned room

He sat you down on your bed as he left the room briefly to get you some clothing.

Your eyes threatened to water again remembering the harshness of his words..

Guren silently creeps back into your room placing your clothes beside you.

"I trust that your capable of changing yourself so ill be taking my leave"
the thought of guren changing you was making you flustered, a part of you longed for his attention and care

Shaking your thoughts away you called out to him

"Guren wait"

"Colonel ichinose to you" He replied coldly stopping in his tracks.

You ignored him as you began to speak out

"Ill join the moon demon company.. I want to become strong.."

Guren turned around a subtle grin forming across his lips

"You made the right choice princess"

Your heart skipped a beat hearing his words as you quickly slapped your cheeks hiding the warm blush that was becoming very visible on your face
