As I inch closer and closer to the school I see a man, seems about middle aged, and is most def homeless.
Mr. Aizawa...
I reluctantly walk over to him and smile.
"Hi Mr. Aizawa! Nice day isn't it?"
I skip over to him in my fake cheery voice.
"Yea yea whatever kid, come on, I gotta show you around the school and introduce you to the rest of the problematic children..what's your quirk again?"
"I don't know how to explain it, I'd say energy absorption which gives me lasers and helps me fly and whatever."
He smirks, he doesn't believe me. No one does at first but I don't even have a reason to lie about it, such a stupid thing to lie about to be honest.
Around an hour later, he showed me around the whole school and was trying to get his class to quiet down to introduce me..I was outside of the classroom waiting for him to give me the que.
"Quiet down everyone. Quiet. Shut up. Shh. Be QUIET!" Mr. Aizawa shouted at the top of his lungs, everyone was dead quiet.
He prolly used his quirk. He looks scary as hell when he uses his quirk..
"We have a new student. Don't be disrespectful, or do..I honestly don't care, she can take care of herself."
The whole class filled up with whispers and laughter.
They don't even know me..why are they laughing. I already hate this school. It's okay (y/n) just wait for the que..
"Come on in Ms (l/n)."
I walk in kind of nervously, all eyes are on me and I know they are so I walk in looking down and lightly gripping the bottom of my skirt.
"My name is (y/n) (l/n) and my quirk is energy absorption."
A kid with green crazy hair raises his hand.
He's black huh?
I look at the kid and nod, indicating that he can ask whatever he wants.
"Uhm, hi! I'm Izuku Midoriya and I just wanted to know how your quirk works? Like is all you do is absorb energy? Or can you use it to your liking? Like release it?"
I smile gently at his question, even tho I didn't want to. I wanted to scowl at him because of that very very stupid question.
Well duh, obviously I can use the energy, otherwise I wouldn't be here right now!
"Yea. I can use the energy to my liking. It helps with flying, shooting lasers, and super strength!"
I said way nicer than I intended to, it was supposed to come out sarcastic but I couldn't be mean to his cute little face, I wanna squeeze it until it pops honestly.
"Could you maybe..um...demonstrate it for us? Like the lasers maybe? And the flying?"
Why? Do you not believe me? No one does, but he does look generally curious..
I nod and raise my hand and make it so that my palm is facing the ceiling, then shoot a laser from my palm.
Everyone in the class is amazed, all their hands shoot up and their eyes look like they're gonna pop out of their heads!
I was gonna answer the girl that's fully pink but the guy with yellow hair and a lil black streak in looked like he was going to actually die if I don't answer his question so I pick on him.
"Cool! I'm Denki Kaminari! Does it hurt to do that? And can you shoot lasers out of your eyes?!"
"It doesn't hurt but it does leave a little mark from time to time, and yes. I can shoot lasers from my eyes but I call them Starbolts, don't ask why."
The pink girl is lowkey cute, I'll choose her next
"Pink girl"
She smiles widely, "Is it acidic? Like does it burn? Cuz that's what my quirk does! My quirk is acid! Also, love your style, my name is Mina Ashido by the way."
Aww, she reminds me of Camie, when we first met she was just as excited..good memories.
"I think it is some type of acidic form, like maybe a gas or something like that."
She smiles and exclaims a weird sound before sittin back down.
After I'm done answering all the questions I sit next to a guy with like 6 arms..cool. Mr. Aizawa starts the class and then makes us change into our hero suits and train or whatever.
