I stare out the window as the snow slowly drifts to the ground. I pull away when my breath begins to fog the glass. The moonlight hits the powdery snow, creating a field of sparkles that spreads across the estate.

I look down at the top part of my hand. An ice blue snowflake is on my hand, almost like it's a tattoo or something. I close my eyes as I remember what the lesson I had with my tutor about this.

"Well, today will be talking about the Dex Holders War and the effects that it has for today's society." My tutor walks to the front of the room and writes on a chalkboard as he talks. "The war was a horrible time for both humans and Pokèmon. Man was evil and decided they would use Pokèmon for destruction instead of good. There were several evil organization that created this chaos. A few of them are Team Galactic, Team Magma and Aqua, Team Roc-" The tutor's shoulders tense up before before quickly continuing on with his lecture.

"Anyways, they wanted to use Pokèmon for their own power. Each in a different region but they were all ran by one man. No one knows who this man or where he is now. That's not the point. Luckily, there were a group of kids who saved the world. They go by the name 'Dex Holders'. Each of these unique kids were chosen by the highest scholar in each region to go on an adventure. Three of them were born from Kanto. Red, Blue, and Green are their names." The man clears his throat. He turns his head to see if I'm still paying attention and then quickly continues to write.

"Now, a war raged for ten years between the Dex Holders and the evil organizations. The Dex Holders managed to beat the organization's with the help of several legendary Pokèmon and the God of them all, Arceus. When the battle was over Arceus came down from the heaven's to speak to the Dex Holders. He granted them, the whole group, one wish they could use. Do you know what the Dex Holder's wished for?"

I look at the board as I process what the man said. "You talk to me like I'm a stupid child. Of coarse I know what they wished for. They wished for no one to hold too much power in life. Why, I will never comprehend, but that's most likely what they wished for."

The tutor claps his hands, loudly. "Good job! That's exactly what they wished for!" I roll my eyes as the tutor begins to calm down. "Arceus promised he would make that happen and disappeared into the clouds. Minutes later, the world turned completely black. It was like this for a whole day. When the world had light again, things were different. On the back of the left hand was a design, though, each person has a unique design. These designs represent the Pokèmon type that each trainer can control. When a child turns twelve, the design will begin to appear. Most of the time, if not all of the time, the typing will match your personality! Isn't that amazing?!" He walks over to my desk and grabs my left hand. He flip it over and looks at it.

"You... You are very special. Very few has the master of Ice... or Dark type. There is actually a prophecy about something like this..." The man's eyes widen, like he said something he wasn't suppose too.

"Prophecy? What is this that you speak of?" I demand. Curiosity peeks my interest, which rarely happens in this class.

"I can't tell you. I promised your father!"

I stand up quickly, knocking back my chair. "My father?! What of my father? Does he know the prophecy?!" Though I say nothing of harshness, my tone is cold enough to make the man's eyes water in sadness. The man continues to keep his mouth shut, not daring to say any other to avoid the wrath of my father.

I turn around and stare straight ahead. "If I ever see you hear again, I will make sure that you are disposed of, is that understood?" I do not wait for a response. I stroll out, knowing I will never see the man again.
