My sister London and I quickly borded a large plane and searched for our seats. I rushed to get the window seat, I wanted to say goodbye to New York, I would miss it.
A perky flight attendant was giving the whole safety thing and I honestly tried to pay attention but she was just so annoying that I stuck my earbuds in, causing me to receive a nasty look from London.
Soon, our plane started moving faster and faster until we were up in the air. I looked over New York waving goodbye. I saw the Statue of Liberty which I would visit so often, and the Empire State building.
Even though it was around midnight they were still beautiful. I started crying. Just a little bit though. Soon enough I had cried myself to sleep.
"Look at that girl" Someone said. "What's wrong with her?" said another. People gathered around me teasing and taunting me. "Aww what's wrong little silent girl? Huh, what's wrong?" A sarcastic voice practically screamed. I fell on my knees, mouth open, but no words came out. Whats wrong with me? Why cant I talk? I miss New York. The crowd started to blur then, Heather, my worst enemy walked out. "Oh look it's poor little Sadie." She said, her expensive Gucci perfume lingering in the air. "What's wrong?" She laughed evily.
I woke up, breathing hard my stick straight hair sticking to my tear soaked face. It was just a dream. No it wasn't a dream, it was a nightmare. I pulled out my cell phone and glanced at my apperance.
Black eye makeup was running down my cheeks and my hair was soaked and gross . My face is pretty pale to and I had on dark eye makeup, which had proven to not be the smartest idea. I had a big and baggy purple sweater on with my destressed ripped jeans. Simple blue converse too. I wore enough makeup too make people intimidated but I kept my clothing simple, I didn't want to attract any kind of attention.
