Nestled in the heart of Udaipur, the Birla Hospital stood as an emblem of health and innovation, and at its helm was the audacious and clever Dr. Arohi Birla.

Known not just for her brilliant mind and sharp wit, Arohi was also the wife of Abhimanyu Birla, the charismatic Managing Director of The Birla Hospital. Together, they were celebrated as one of India's power couples, seamlessly blending their chemistry as both life partners and colleagues. Acting on the suggestion of their families, they had recently tied the knot, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. Dr. Arohi expertly managed the hospital's operations while fulfilling her duties as a dedicated physician, while Abhimanyu propelled it to new heights of success.

Yet, the harmony of their seemingly flawless world was on the brink of an unexpected twist with the arrival of Ankita Chauhan, a charming and ambitious intern.

Ankita, a recent addition to the Birla Hospital team, infused infectious vivacity into the hospital corridors. Clad in crisp white lab coats or chic professional attire, Ankita effortlessly blended poise with a dash of charm, quickly winning over the hospital staff.

Arohi, always perceptive and observant, couldn't ignore the subtle undercurrents surrounding Ankita's interactions, especially when it came to her husband, Abhimanyu. Ankita's eyes gleamed with curiosity, lingering a tad too long when Abhimanyu spoke during staff meetings. Arohi strategically positioned herself, keenly noticing the fleeting glances and occasional lingering smiles.

It wasn't just a matter of professional admiration; there was an unspoken depth beneath Ankita's courteous demeanor. Arohi, with her sharp intuition, sensed a nuance beyond the usual camaraderie between colleagues. This realization ignited a flame of competitiveness in Arohi, a spark that would soon set ablaze an unseen storm within the hospital's walls.

One sunny morning, Arohi walked into her office, confident as always, only to find Ankita sitting across Abhimanyu's desk, discussing hospital protocols. Arohi raised an eyebrow, her suspicion growing like an unchecked infection.

"What's going on here?" Arohi asked, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

Abhimanyu looked up, a smile playing on his lips. "Oh, Arohi, meet Ankita, our new intern. She's eager to learn from the best."

Arohi shot Ankita a tight-lipped smile, trying to mask the bubbling jealousy within her. "I'm sure she is."

Initially, Ankita considered it a simple crush. However, fully aware that Abhimanyu was already married, she couldn't help but find herself drawn to him.

Ankita, caught in the crossfire, shifted uncomfortably in her seat. "Dr. Arohi, I truly respect your expertise and experience. I'm here to learn from both of you."

Arohi, suppressing a sarcastic laugh, replied, "Oh, I'm sure. Learning from the best, aren't you?" She then turned her attention back to Abhimanyu, her expression a mix of innocence and mischief. "Abhi, darling, did you forget what today is?" Arohi said, trailing her finger seductively from his forehead to his chin while Abhimanyu gulped, trying to decode the fire in his wife's eyes.

Ankita, sensing the tension, excused herself, leaving Abhimanyu's cabin. As soon as Ankita departed, Arohi pushed Abhimanyu away and started dusting her hands with a proud smile playing on her lips.

Abhimanyu, still recovering from Arohi's unexpected display, stammered, "What's happening, Arohi? What did I forget?"

Arohi tilted her head, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, Abhi, my forgetful darling. Today marks the anniversary of our first date. How could you possibly forget?"
