~CHAPTER ONE~

I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off. I grunt just by knowing that today is the very first day of 3rd year in university. I stood up and lazily went to the bathroom and took a shower.

Few minutes later, I finished. I went to my closet and picked an outift.I wore a denim jeans and a white crop top and my gym jacket(it's her old jacket from 2nd year). I did my hair and added a little touch up on my face. I arrange my bed and organized my things for school. As I was done, I took my bag and went outside, making sure that I locked my doors and windows.

I went to a nearby convenience store and bought myself some breakfast. I ate it on my way to school not until I bumped into someone. "Oh my god! I-I'm so sorry! I didn't see you there!" I apologized and bowed. "It's okay!" the guy spoke wihh such a calming but husky voice. "Uhm by the way, what's your name? I'm Felix!" the guy asked as he also introduced himself.

"Ah! Nice to meet you Felix! I'm Park Miyeon!" I bowed politely, smiling at the guy. "You go to SNU(Seoul National University) ?" He asked as he pointed to the logo of my jacket. "Yes! What about you?" I asked back. "I go there as well haha!" Felix answered, scratching the back of his head as he laughed awkwardly.

This guy goes to SNU?! Damn I didn't know that there is a lot of people That goes to SNU! "Are you okay?" he said, waving his hands in front of me. "Huh? Wha-oh yes I'm okay." I replied immediately. "How about let's go to school together?" Felix offered and flashed a smile that could melt any girls heart.

I was a bit hesitant but I gave in. "Yeah sure I would love that!" I happily agreed to his offer. We arrived early and kept on chatting when suddenly a guy launched himself onto Felix, making them both fall flat on the floor.

"YAH! YANG JEONGIN!" Felix yelled and deadpanned the guy who launched at him. "Sorry hyung!*cutely pouts*" The guy spoke and lifted up Felix. "If you don't stop this annoying behavior of yours I will kill you!" Felix threatened. I looked at both of them as I blinked a couple of times processing what is happening in front of me.

Nobody's POV

"Psst who's that?" Jeongin whispered to Felix as he pointed to Miyeon. "Oh her? I just met her! Her name is Miyeon." Felix explained looking proud of making another friend in the first day of school. "Miyeon, this is Yang Jeongin my best friend."Felix introduced Jeongin." Anyeonghasaeyo! Nice to meet you Miyeon noona! "Jeongin happily said.

"Nice to meet you too Jeongin!"Miyeon happily complied as well. The latter smiled cheekily as Felix cooed. Miyeon let out a slight chuckle as she shook her head.

"MS.PARK MIYEON, PLEASE HEAD TO THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE."A woman announces through the speaker." Oop, looks like I gotta go. See you guys! "Miyeon excused herself and ran to the principal's office. She knocked on the door slightly as she was afraid of making the tiniest sounds." Come in. "She heard someone spoke through the other side. She opened the door gently and sat on one of the chairs that was in front of the table.

" Good morning Miyeon! Long time no see! "the man asked as he turned around with his chair."Haha good morning too Sir. May I ask why did you call me? "Miyeon slightly tilted my head as she asked as well." Well I was just gonna give you your school schedule. "he replied as he handed out a piece of paper. Miyeon took it and analyzed it thoroughly.

Note: The rest of the afternoon is the time for students to study for their upcoming volunteering hours for major subjects;Math, science,economics, etc.

'This is such a tough schedule... Being in college is hard...' Miyeon thought out loud as she sighed quietly." Thank you for your time Ms. Park, you may go now. "The principal said and pointed to the door. "Thank you sir!" Miyeon exclaimed and went outside. She let out a breath that she didn't know she was holding in. Miyeon saw Felix and Jeongin passing by and she really wanted to tell them what happened but she was procrastinating again.

The bell finally rang and all students went to their rooms. Miyeon sighed as took out her textbook, workbook,binder and pencil case and headed to her Math class. As she took a seat, she looked around the room as if it changed. "I miss you Chaeryoung... I hope we get to see each other again." Miyeon mumble to herself as she sighed. Chaeryoung is Miyeon's 1st friend in SNU but Chaeryoung sadly moved to New Zealand with her parents.

Their professer came in and started the lesson. Miyeon was bored and checked the time (8:40 Am) 'It's time already, why didn't they ring the bell?' Miyeon asked in her head. 5 minutes has passed and the bell finally rang. Miyeon took her things and headed to her Technology class.

Miyeon started taking notes on her binder as she was listening to lofi musics.Their professor dismissed their class early as something urgent came. All students packed their things and head outside. Meanwhile Miyeon was still writing an essay on her laptop. She paused for a bit as she was hungry and craving bread. She headed to the school' s favorite café and ordered a nice pumpkin spice latte with Xtra cream. She also bought a bread stuffed with strawberry cream inside. As she was stuffing her face with the bread, she suddenly got a call from an unknown number. She looked at the phone, confused on who has her phone number. She hesitantly accepted the call "Yaebosaeyo?" Miyeon asked through the phone, "Miyeon! You picked up, finally. " a guy spoke through the other side. "W-who is this....?" Miyeon was very hesitant just by the tone of his voice sends shivers down my spine. She gulped as her hands were trembling in fear and were sweating.

"Love, you don't remember me?" the guy replied after a short akward silence. "I-I don't remember you...." Miyeon's eyes widened as she knew she was in big trouble. "Love it's me your boyfriend Jihoon!" he answered quickly as you could hear his breathing hitched. "W-WHAT?! BOYFRIEND?! I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN IN A RELATIONSHIP NOR IS IN ONE RIGHT NOW?!" Miyeon yelled at the screen. Is this guy serious?! Boyfriend, since WHEN?

"You really don't remember me... Where are you? I'll come there!" The guy asked for Miyeon's location, while Miyeon was over thinking whether she should tell him or not but she was anticipating on answering. "Please Miyeon....i've looked for you throughout those years and I finally found you...give me atleast one chance. " Miyeon could hear the guy's sob and sniffles "I'm at the café near SNU(Seoul National University) beside the widow in the right..." Miyeon finally decided to give this guy a chance to speak to her but if anything goes wrong then she will obviously blame herself for trusting someone so easily. It isn't common for introverts to trust people that easy.

Hey guys! So I decided to pause the story for a bit since I'm currently preparing for my 2nd quarter exams. Sooo yeah I'll be uploading Chapter two in a few days.

And BTW guys, I'm so sorry for making you guys wait for chapter one. I was basically procrastinating, and also anticipating on whether I should read more wattpad books to get inspiration but nothing is working😅

Hope you guys get annoyed of the cliffhanger I put you guys in😆

Anyways THANK YOU FOR READING THIS BOOK! Don't know if I'll be completing this story though since entrance exams are also coming up next month.
