✨Chapter 5✨

-The next day-

Angor rot wouldn't stop thinking about stella, he looks through stella's sketch book, and smiled to himself, he was suddenly having these feelings that he didn't/couldn't understand, he tries to hard to understand them, but he couldn't.

"Why do i have these feelings whenever i see her, or even look at her? it is like my heart aches for her when she is not around." angor rot questions himself.

"Angor!" strickler shouted for him, angor rot growls slightly, he decides to put down the sketch book, and go out to find strickler.

Once he found strickler, he noticed that strickler has changed himself, "They'll be going for the Killstone in the Swamps of the Quagawumps." strickler informed angor, "The killstone?" angor questions, "A remnant of Gunmar's first kill, where he shattered their beloved Wumpa king." strickler explains, angor quietly took out his knife, and throws it at stricklers head but strickler dodged it, and it hit the sewer picks instead, strickler then stares at angor with a raised brow, "Quagawumps, I have heard they are not friendly to outsiders. Especially the human kind." angor exclaims while pulling out his knife from the pipe, "Recover the Killstone." strickler demanded, "And destroy the hunter." angor rot finished the sentence, "Now that he is marked, i look forward to taking what is most dear from him." angor exclaims while walking, strickler then transforms back, "As you wish" strickler exclaims.

As angor rot was walking through the sewers, he suddenly remembers that stella would be with the hunter, "I have to protect her" he thought to himself, he quickly grabs his staff, and opens a portal, and walks through it.

-Time skip-

As Jim, and the others were at the swamp, stella decides to stay behind, and think about what she should do, "Ugh! what the hell can i do?! the full moon is almost here!" she thought to herself.

Angor opened a portal, and walked out of the portal, stella looks over, and noticed angor, she gave a slight smile, "About time you show up" stella exclaims with a slight chuckle, angor turns around, and noticed stella, he was relief that she was okay, "Did the quagawumps hurt you?" angor rot asks, stella gave a confused look, "no, why do you ask?" stella asks, angor then looked away, "Nothing... your.. father wanted to know, thats all." angor rot exclaims, stella shrugs, "Alright then... ready to have some fun?" stella asks, angor rot gave a slight chuckle, "That is if 'you stay out of my way'." angor rot teased, stella gave a slight chuckle, "Can't promise you anything" stella stated giving a innocent smile, angor rot rolled his eyes, and gives a slight chuckle, "Now, let's go, and have some fun." angor rot exclaims, "I thought you'd never ask." stella exclaims with a slight grin, angor rot chuckles, and opens a portal, "Oi! Thats cheating!" stella shouted, angor rot chuckles, "Then you better start running... little blade~" he teased, stella blushed slightly, then rolled her eyes while giving a slight smile, "Whatever... My sweet assassin~" stella exclaims teasingly, angor rolled his eyes, and chuckles slightly, and left.

-Time skip-

As stella arrived, she sat down trying to act cool, and after a while of toby telling his 'epic adventures', Stella looks up a tree, and noticed angor rot chuckling at her boredom, stella rolled her eyes, and raised a finger at him while giving a smile, she then noticed angor rot chuckling, and getting his blade ready.

-After a while-

The wumpa's finally started to play their song, and dance, and the others joined, stella stayed by the table, she suddenly looks up, and noticed angor rot hand motioning her to dance, stella rolled her eyes, and shook her head no, angor rot raised a eye brow at her, and stella raised a eye brow at him back.

After a while of stella, and angor rot playfully arguing about her to dance, they both noticed the song stopped, and stella heard stomps coming towards them, "What manner mischief this be?!" blungo asks furiously, "Who's this joker?" Toby asks, "It is blungo, the pretend king. You fight him, eh?" one of the wumpa's asks, blungo then walks up to toby, "Why humans here?" Blungo asks, "He is out true king. Returned!" one of the wumpa's stated.

After a while of arguing, and blungo shaking toby, jim uses his armour, and everyone was ready to fight, "Enough waiting." angor rot stated, and falls into his portal, and lands on blungo's back, "Augh! Who you now?" blungo asks, "Death." angor rot shouted, and stabs blungo in the back, everyones eyes widened on how he was turned to stone, "Angor rot!" jim shouted, "Boora Nazulrah Char sha!" angor rot shouted, and reached out his jim's sword, the mark appeared on jims face, "The mark!" blinky shouted, Jim's sword was then floating to angor rot who caught it on time, angor rot chuckles while pointing the sword, "How did you do...?" jim asks, "Daylight is now mine to command!" angor rot shouted, and tries to take out the stone from the dead trolls crown, "Jim, he's taking the stone!" toby shouted.

-Time skip-

As stella found the stone, toby noticed that stella has the stone, and turns to everyone, "Hey, everyone! I've got the stone!" toby shouted, stella looks over to toby with a angry expression, "Not cool of you man." stella stated, angor rot turned his head, and noticed stella with the stone, he quickly taked out his staff, and portals himself behind stella, stella was then grabbed by the back of her neck, and angor rot quickly wraps his arm around her, and points his staff at her, "Don't let him get away!" Jim shouted, one of the wumps run towards angor rot, but angor quickly noticed it, and dodges the wumps with stella in her arm, stella struggles to get out of his grib, and was struggling to breath, angor rot noticed that stella was struggling to breath so he quickly loosens his grip slightly,  "Thanks" stella whispers, angor rot didn't say anything.

Jim and the others stop in their tracks, watching intensely, "Either she gives up the stone, or she dies!" angor rot shouted at the group with a grin, Stella watches as the staff charges up a small portal, ready to kill her. stella looks at the others trying to look terrified. Jim huffs, defeated. "Stella it's okay, give him the stone, we'll get it back." Jim tells stella as she eyes the staff, "No We need that stone to save my brother!" claire shouted, angor suddenly noticed the hurt in stella's eyes how her own life was on the line, and for how selfish claire was, stella sighs, "Trust me angor" stella whispers to him as he looks down at her before she pushed off her feet, tipping them into the portal. "Stella!" she heard her 'friends' scream her name before they plunge into the bittersweet darkness that is the shadow realm.

She turns from the entrance to angors face, she suddenly looks at the staff. "Open another portal to get us out, please" stella asks defeated, looking up at him as he stares at her, looking at her hair floating in the dark abyss. He senses something wrong, he moves her hair out of the way, and noticed claire coming straight towards them, she grabs onto stella's foot. Angor rot snarls, trying to kick claire off of stella, as they fought over stella.

Claire climbs up stella, hitting angor in the face, making him let go of stella, and the shadow staff. Stella watches the staff float, reaching towards it before claire grabs her, taking the stone before stella gets knocked away by claire who is swimming towards the staff, along with angor who was now mad for what claire did. angor rot quickly gets to claire, and grabs the stone from her, claire kicks angor rot, and got to the staff first, the two watch as the staff glows white, taking claire out of the shadow realm, angor rot decides to turn around, and noticed stella floating, he quickly swims towards her as fast as he can, and grabs her, they both then fell into a portal.

angor rot fell out of the portal first with the stone, and stella fell out of the portal second on top of him, he quickly gets up, and checks her, he sighs in slight relief that she wasn't injured but just unconscious, he picks her up, and walks towards arcadia.

-Time skip-

Angor rot snuck into stella's room, and gently placed her on her bed, he sighs in slight defeat, "I am sorry, stella." angor rot said, and stood up, stella then woke up, and grabs onto angor's hand, angor grunts, and looks back at stella, and noticed she is awake, he kneels down, and put his hand on stella's forehead to check for a fever, "Thanks angor" stella exclaims with a slight smile, angor rot didn't question but smile's back, "You should rest." angor rot exclaims, stella sighs, "Okay, I will see you next time." stella said while giving a slight smile, angor rot gives a slight smile back, and waited for stella to fall asleep, once she was asleep he climbs out of her window, and left.
