Never The Same...

First Night Before School

Moons Pov:

It was turning dark outside, and our father was making dinner downstairs. We were all ordered to stay in our rooms, not like earth would come out. It's been months. I can only presume she died of starvation. Even though we are told to stay in our room, eclipse always ends up in mine. Lunar basically has their own room with Eclipses stuff in it. I heard a light knock on my door, knowing exactly who it was. "Come in" eclipse slowly opened my door and walked in, closing it behind him. "Can I sleep in here until your dad is done making food..." I smile, putting down the book I was reading, exposing my chest to eclipse. He pounces on my front half laying on top of me, he does this thing where he nuzzles people or things he's cuddling with. "Hahahaha- stop it- Eclipseeee" he just nuzzles more. He eventually stops and closes his eyes, falling asleep almost instantly, I pet his rays and listen to his purrs. A few minutes later, our father shocked us. He inserted shock collars in us to get our attention if we aren't paying attention, behaving, or if he needs us, three different levels of shock, the misbehaving one being the most painful. Eclipse squeezes his body tight when we get shocked. I know which rays are sensitive, and how sensitive, because I play with them every time he lays on me. I grab a ray near the top of his head, I grab one of the bigger ones and start petting and stroking it. His body untenses And he looks up at me and starts purring. "Your such a cat" he smiles at that. "Okay" I say sitting up, eclipse getting off of me and sitting next to me. "Let's go before he attention shocks up" eclipse got up and stretched, I stood up and tickled eclipses side. "HEY-" he said, folding his side and giggling. He's a senior, I'm a freshman, and we are almost the same height- then again, celestial beings are just naturally tall. We head downstairs, sun and lunar are already down here, not earth. Of course father lets that slide, she's his favorite and only daughter, it's like a macho man but swapped. "What took so long?" Sun asked as me and eclipse were sitting down "They were probably making out again. "U-" sun froze. "Again-?" "Yeah! And without you this time" we all froze. 'Shit.' Eclipse looked at me. I looked back. "What-" "Lunar how do you-" "It was rape wasn't it." Lunar said, looking at me and Eclipse. "I-" "I thought so." Sun panicked "h-how-w would you know-" "You told me. Remember what you told me?" "I-"

[Flashback]

Noones pov: 

In suns room, they were doing arts and crafts, when sun was in 5th grade and lunar in 4th. "Love is boring" Lunar said, coloring the head of his paper stickman. "I don't think so" Sun said making an origami heart. "I want my first time to be magical" "Sex?" "Yes Lunar- Sex-" "Ew-" "Anyway, I want it to be with someone special. Someone I love and care about." Lunar pretended to throw up. "Ewwwww. Gross" "Nu uh" Sun finished his origami heart. "I'm gonna go give this to Eclipse" Lunar looks up at sun. "The 8th grader??" "It'll be fine, our sisters older" "But he's not our sister" "I'll be fine Lunar. You share a room with him anyway" Sun said walking out.

[Present]

"I remember.." Sun said. "I remember you made my day by giving me that heart." Eclipse said, smiling slightly. "The time before earth locked herself up" Moon said.

[Flashback]

Sun knocked on eclipses door. "Eclipse?" Sun slowly opened the door to see eclipses side of the room was a disaster, and he was sitting at the front of his bed on the floor. Sun turned to him, he looked like he was having some sort of panic or anxiety attack. Sun ran and sat next to Eclipse. "Eclipse?" Sun went In Front of Eclipse and cupped his cheek. "Hey, hey. Breathe '' eclipse looked at sun, hickling and choking on his tears. "Breathe...you can do it, come on, let's count down from ten okay?" Eclipse nodded, and in sync they started counting down. "3...2...1." "Alright what's wrong?" Eclipse rubbed his eyes. "I-I don't-" hic "I-I didn't-" hic. Sniff. "Calm down eclipse. It's okay. I'm right here." Eclipse hugged Sun, trying to slow his breathing. "I-" inhale. Exhale. "I don't know..." hic "I just got mad and wanted to break everything so I-" Sniff "So I- so I threw everything and I-" hic. Sniff. "I threw this." Eclipse let go of sun and held a broken glass flower and started to tear up again. Sun grabbed the glass flower "We can super glue it back together" Eclipse wiped his tears "I-I know- I just got upset I-" "I made something for you" Sun interrupted eclipse, he looked up at sun, and then down at his hands. He looked at the origami 3D heart, He grabbed it and smiled. "Thanks" Eclipse hugged sun, sun giggled and hugged back.

[Present]

They all laughed and smiled about it.

Moons Pov:

Eclipse looked down "I don't know why I do it I-I just-" Eclipse looked at sun "I don't know..." Sun sighed "Can we stop talking about it..." I pat eclipses back "It's okay" Our father came with the food. "Earth is still not coming out of her room?" he asked, looking at me since my room is closer to hers. "Oh- uh- n-no sir." he just nods and gives us our plates and walks away. After we finish our food we take turns taking showers and we go to our rooms to sleep for tonight.

Lunars Pov:

When I finished my shower I went to my room and saw Eclipse wasn't in there, nor was his Sundrop plushie. 'Must've gone to moons room' I put my dirty clothes in the hamper and walked to Earth's room. I softly knocked before slowly opening the door. "I got food" Earth sat up and looked at me. I closed the door behind me and went and sat on her bed. "Thanks lunar" I smiled "Of course." I place my hand on Earth's stomach. "It's gotten bigger." She smiles. "Well- that's how pregnancy works" I move my hand. "Did you feel that-" "it kicking?" "Yeah...I- um. How are we gonna walk to school?" "I should be due Wednesday sooo- can you tell father I'm sick until then." I smile "Yeah, of course" Earth started eating. "Here" I handed her water. She smiles and pat my head.
