So today/tonight I'm going to be talking about dysphoria and self harm. Now I understand those two come together quite often from what I've read, seen, and experienced myself.
So in this chapter, I'm going to list things to do instead of self harm.
Notice: these ideas to do have come from my brain, the internet, and other people so you've probably seen them before.
•draw/write
•sing
•yell loudly to get frustration out
•look in the mirror and tell yourself you will get that body you deserve one day
•punch your pillow
•play/cuddle with your pet
•sleep
•go on a walk
•talk to friends/invite someone over
•go on tumblr
•eat
•look online about ways to bind safely
•tell yourself you're way better then that blade, lighter, or whatever you use to self harm
•makes friends with the voices in your head(if you heard the song F*cking Perfect by p!nk you da real mvp)
•make internet friends(those are the best tbh)
•stalk your crush on Instagram
•experiment with your voice, see how low it can go
•dance crazily
And lastly
•listen to music(that always helps me)So I hope these ideas helped you and if you're reading this you've already promised not to hurt yourself tonight.
