Turtles in Scandel town in the center of a hill are especially good at causing mischief around town, and they always have fun messing around. Some turtles would even make the newspaper as the ETS, aka the "Elite Turtle Squad"
The ETS leader is very proud of his role and is highly respected by turtles and is even considered the 'King of Mischief'
Although the turtles think of themselves as mischievous, their neighbors find them rather annoying.
