Now back to story~

Arnav- Ma Papa, I hope you all liked the gifts. I should have given them in morning, but it just slipped out of my mind as i started reliving my childhood.

Khushi- Yes Please, I hope you liked it because the ever so confident Arnav Singh Raizada was nervous and underconfident to buy gifts.

Arnav turned a shade of red and whined- Cookie

Siya- WE loved it Aru or should I say my daughter's sweetheart 🥰 Everybody nodded in unison and spoke- Yes, we loved it Cookie's Aru and laughed out loud.

Arnav gathered his composure and said Ma, bua vo.. umm can you pack some custard for me. I will have it after going from here in dinner.

Diya- And where are you going Mr.?

Arnav- Bua, I have to go back to Raizada Mansion, Mami, Akash would be waiting for me.

Diya and Siya looked ready to cry.

Arnav- Maa, bua do not be sad. I will come back here and meet you at weekends. Pakka. and you can also come to RM whenever you wish. That is your Son's home too.

Raj- Aru, bacha yes you can come here anytime but us going to RM is not okay, yet. We would come there after some things get clarified. I know, you have questions for us as well. Like, if we knew you, why did we not come to meet our fella and much more. But know this, we love you Aru. You are our part and we are incomplete without you. So for sometime, do not disclose to anybody that you met us or in specific our family. However, Khushi can go with you anywhere and be introduced as well as you feel comfortable.

Arnav- But why papa? he asked innocently.

Raj- Bacha, just trust us okay. Believe me, your dad and us would never want bad for you.

Arnav- Dad?

Viren- Yes Aru, your dad, Arvind was your biggest well-wisher. He would never do anything to make you bow your head. We can only say this much. 

Arnav nodded though confused.

In the meantime~

Khushi received Garima's call.

Khushi- Hello

Garima- Khushi Bitiya! Tum kidhar ho?

Khushi- Ji, Mai apni saheli ke ghar.. Kyun kya hua Aunty?

Garima- Bitiya, can you come back home early.. Actually A family is coming to see Payal. They are  a big family, if you would be here, she would feel assured and you can help her to get ready.

Khushi- Umm..okay aunty. I will be there in some time. But when would the guests arrive

Garima- they are coming at dinner today..

Khushi- Ohh..okay. I will be there by 6 then.

Khushi- Aru, we need to leave. Garima Aunty called and said some family is coming to meet Payal for marriage. They need my help.

Arnav nods.
They bid bye to the family.

Arnav drops Khushi at Lakshmi Nagar and drives himself to RM.

Arnav stepped into the lively atmosphere of his home, sensing a mix of excitement and tension in the air. Anjali and Nani were engrossed in preparations, but Mami's worried expression and Akash's grumpy face were hard to ignore.

Arnav: (curious) What's going on here? Why does it feel like a storm is brewing?

Anjali: (smiling) Arnav, you're just in time! We're preparing to meet the girl I found for Akash.

Nani: (nodding) She's a lovely girl, cultured and well-mannered. Anjali and I meet her at the temple.

Mami: (skeptical) I hope this isn't some rushed decision, Anjali. Akash's happiness is paramount.

Anjali: (optimistic) Mami, trust me, she's perfect for Akash. I can sense it.

Arnav: (raising an eyebrow) Akash, you seem thrilled.

Akash: (annoyed) Thrilled is an understatement, bhai. I don't want to be set up, and definitely not without you by my side.

Mami: (nodding) He has a point. We should consider Akash's feelings in all this.

Anjali: (persuasive) But he'll thank us later when he realizes she's the one.

Akash: (crossing arms) I don't need anyone finding 'the one' for me. And definitely not now.

Arnav: (supportive) Akash, if you're not comfortable with this, we'll figure something out. You know I've got your back.

Mami: (softening) Anjali, let's not rush into this. Akash deserves the chance to choose his own path.

Anjali: (determined) Let's meet the girl and her family first. Then we can decide together.

Arnav: (authoritative) We will meet the girl and her family, but Akash's feelings will guide our final decision. No one will force him into anything

The room fell into a momentary silence, the decision to meet the girl and her family opening the door to a new chapter, one that would involve everyone in the family.

After some time,
In the privacy of his room, Akash hesitated before addressing his concerns to Arnav.

Akash: (nervously) Bhai, I'm not confident about this alliance. I haven't even seen the girl's picture, and Di is adamant about us meeting them.

Arnav: (calmly) Akash, we're just going to meet them, not finalize anything. What's the problem?

Akash: (worried) I don't know, Bhai. It feels rushed.

Arnav: (assuring) Akash, trust me. No decision will be made without your consent. I'll take care of everything. And what if she is the one destined for you, hmm? He added teasingly.

As the tension eased, Akash lightened the mood.

Akash: (playfully) So, Bhai, spill it. How was your day? Any thrilling updates from the meeting with bhabhi's family?

Arnav: (smirking) Thrilling is an understatement. You won't believe the stories I have to tell. But now we need to rush.

The brothers shared a moment of laughter, the camaraderie between them providing a comforting balance to the uncertainties ahead.

As Mami overheard the brothers' conversation, a tear of happiness slid down her cheek. She entered the room, moved by the strong bond between Arnav and Akash.

Mami: (emotionally) Arnav, beta, I always worried about Akash, but seeing you by his side gives me so much comfort.

Arnav: (reassuring) Mami, we're a family. I'll take care of Akash. No decisions will be made without his consent.

Mami nodded, grateful for the support, and embraced both her sons. The room filled with a sense of unity and shared responsibility as they prepared for the upcoming meeting with girl's family.
