"Delilah, hurry up!" My best friend Casey yelled from downstairs.

"I'm coming, I'm coming!" I yelled. I love my friend but I swear she gets so impatient it's annoying.

I looked in the mirror to check my outfit one last time before going down stairs. I was wearing ripped skinny jeans with a twenty one pilots crop top. I walked down stairs to see my two best friends since 3rd grade standing by the door waiting for me.

"Finally, I thought we were going to have to leave you," Blake said. I rolled my eyes and walked out the door with them behind me.

We walked to school together since none of us have a car yet even though we're all 17.

"OMG, Hunter left Lexi." Casey said looking down at her phone with a frown. Seriously?! What's with
Boys these days. They meet a girl, say they love her, have THAT with her, then leave her. Like seriously, it seems like all boys in high school  have the same sick mind, besides Blake.

I have always had a crush on Blake but it seems like he likes Casey which is an understandment. Casey is beautiful, with her wavy blonde hair that goes a little past her shoulders, light skin and she's tall with a good sense of style.
While I look like an avocado in my true form. I have golden brown hair that's wavy and goes down to the middle of my stomach, I'm also tall but not as tall as Casey, with my forest green eyes and my olive tone skin I look like some monster in Scooby Doo. Yeah, I can see why Blake would want to choose Casey over me.

"Wow, I did not see that coming," Blake said sarcastically. Casey rolled her eyes but smiled anyway.

"I bet you when we get to school Hunter would all ready be flirting with some other needy girl," I said. Casey and Blake nodded in agreement.

When we got to school none other than Hunter Green had a girl pressed up to the side of his car with his hands beside her head whispering something into her ear which made her obnoxiously giggle and him smirk and let me tell you, that girl is not Lexi.

I was watching Hunter flirt with the girl in disgust. Why on earth would girls actually want Hunter to flirt with them. He does the same things with girls over and over again throwing them away like used tissues.

Hunter looked my way and winked at me. I rolled my eyes and turned on my heel to walk away but instead of walking to the front doors of the school I walked right into someone. I looked up and was instantly scared out of my mind. With wide eyes and my mouth slightly a jar I stared up at Dylan Hampton, the captain of the football team and one of the hottest guys in school and he was staring down at me with a smirk.

He leaned down so his mouth was by my ear and spoke in his husky voice,
"Watch where you're going princess," and walked away.
I wanted to slap myself in the face for looking like an idiot but I had no time to do so because I was going to be late for class if I didn't hurry up.

I quickly ran to my locker, shoved my backpack into it, took my books out for English and ran to class.

I opened the door and slammed right into someone. How is this happening? Could running into 2 people in a matter of ten minutes be a talent for me?

I erased the thought out of my mind before looking up to apologize to the person I ran into. Hunter Green was standing right in front of me, no hair out of place, leather jacket a perfect fit and his signature smirk plastered on his face. Coincidentally he was also one of the hottest guys in school.

"Why where you staring at me and Amber this morning? Jealous?"
I scoffed "Why would I be jealous of you and Amber?"

"Because I actually pay attention to her instead of you."

"I don't want your attention Hunter," I spat.

"Ouch," Hunter said sarcastically putting a hand over his heart. I rolled my eyes and walked toward my seat. I already knew I was going to have a bad day.
