*the multiverse was in chaos since nightmare and his gang spread
wrath among the aus, destroying everything in their way. And
even error destroyer of all aus was in shock, even he thought that
was insane though he didn't mind much but Ink...he was in panic
and dissappear he cared about the aus dearly and Knew that i
the aus all die he would die alongside them too so he locked
himself somewhere deserted as couldn't bare the what was
happening but atleast there's hope, the omega group, a rescuer
group that helps people from nightmare and brings them to the
omega timeline where there is a barrier protecting them. The
omega group were exploring a long dead au 'dreamtale'. hoping
to find someone to help or something that helps them, cross the
newest recruit as knight and gu ard alongside swap the oldest
recruit apart from core. They were exploring until they found a
massive palace, it looked ancient.*

Cross: wow this sure looks old.

Swap: it could crumble any minute so be careful.

*the 2 then went in holding their weapons tight,they were in awe, the walls where filled with paintings, specifically 2 siblings and a green woman*

Cross: woah this family looks like royalty, like look at those clothes, heck the palace itself looks like it's worth billions!

Swap: they must be important people cuase theres so many painting of them, they look quite familiar too, like I've heard it somewhere!

Cross: mhm.

*the kept walking deeper until they saw two paths*

Swap: we should spilt, it's better exploring both rooms fast before this place crashes, you have your phone?

Cross: yea if you ever need something call me.

Swap: k!

*the both bid eachother goodbye as Swap went to the left and Cross went to the right path*

Cross pov:
*I went to the path and saw a line of stairs of which I think is the basement? Suddenly a slight shiver went up my spine*

Cross: this sure is cold.

*I went deeper down it was starting to get dark so I put the light on my phone and kept walking....after what seems an hour, I wipe the sweat off my forehead and finally saw a room, there were flowers growing everywhere, i then see a poor cat injured and stuck in on one of the stems*

Cross: my God.

NARRATOR POV (again):

*Cross started walking slowly but the cat wasn't having it, it hissed at cross and when he tried to touch it, the cat scratched him hard, though cross didn't mind, he slowly untangled the stem, holding the cat in place, the cat started to calm down after realizing that he was helping him, slowly but surely then freed the cat, the cat then looked at him and ran away*

Cross: hey where are you doing?!

*Cross ran as he  followed the cat for what seems , the cat then stopped and jumped on crosses shoulder*

Cross: hey why were you running?! And what basement is this bi-

*it was satue with a tear on the face and hands cupped together, no other than the light guardian itself, though cross doesn't know that...yet*

Cross: woah it's a satue of one of the siblings in the paintings! Bug why is he crying? He seems pretty happy in the other paintings,maybe he died? This place does look pretty old, wonder why the other guy doesn't have a satue of its own.

*Cross looked at the satue again, feeling bad that it's crying, he put his necklace, it was his only glimmer of hope and started to tear up a bit*

Cross: oh man I'm so tired, everything is happening so fast and everythings so new.. I just I want to be with my family. But they're gone. And I just feel so lonely. You probably understand, being stripped away from your family forever broken apart.

*Cross sighs and sat next to the satue and petting the cat too, just enjoying the relaxation while it lasted, then a rock fell from the ceiling almost going on his head*

Cross: woah!! The hell was that. Is that a...rock...? Fall from the ceiling?

*more even more rocks started falling from the ceiling, cross immediately went Into defense mode and immediately grabbed the cat, doging the attacks, the palace was falling apart*

Cross: shit.

*cross had to get out of here.FAST. everything was falling apart. he started running as fast as he could, tho got a few bruises and a sprained ankle while running through the stairs but eventually the both got out safely nonetheless, swap and core alongside two other healers, sci and life (reapertale tori) core hugged cross*

Core: are you okay?

Cross: yea just my legs, it hurts like hell.

Life: let me check dear.

Sci: y-yea!

*the two checked and help him get up and walk back to the omega timeline and into the omega hospital were he can be treated*

*cross was in a hospital bed while sci and his assistant roboblook put on crosses cast while core and swap sit aside, everyone was silent until core spoke up*

Core: swap you've been quiet the whole time, is something wrong?

*core said an a curious tone, as Swap has always been the energetic and talkative of the group, and they had never seen swap quiet*

Swap: u-uh yea! Totally! I'm fine..

*swap snapped out of his trans and said in a nervous voice, sweating a bit*

Core: well if you say so...

*core knew there was something wrong but didn't want to pressure their friend so they ignored the situation*
cross was also worried but shrugged it off*

Cross: *in his mind* it's probably nothing.

*the doctor and his assistant finished putting on the cast, the all then had go cuase they were all busy*

Core: bye cross!

Swap: bye..!

Sci: I have to go but I'll check on you later!

*cross say the cat sleeping and smiled, petting it and eventually fell asleep...but the poor satue of light hidden in the destroyed palace shed a tear. A real one.*
