Unexpected - The Beginning

I heard voices from the living room downstairs, waking me up from the deep sleep.

Just as i was about to lay back on the bed, i heard footsteps and a knock on my door.
"Miyeon, are you awake?" One of my brothers, Seungmin to be exact asked softly but loud enough for me to hear.
"Yeah, now i am. You can come in" i replied and heard the door opening.
"Are you okay? You aren't the type to fall asleep in the middle of the day" he asked as he made his way to sit down next to me on a corner of the bed. I got up in a sitting position, my back against the wall and he came closer.
"I'm fine, just a bit tired. That's all" i finished and he just nodded.
"Miyeong and Minyeong wanted to go shopping. They wanted to know if you would tag along?" I nodded.
"Yeah, sure. Not like i have anything better to di anyway." I sighed before starting again "What's the time?" He took a quick glance at his watch then looked back at me, "3:13" he smiled and my face lit up at his smile. The only thing that makes me happy and turn my whole mood around. I smiled back at him. "Sooo, will you help find an outfit? You know abiut fashion more than anyone in this family" i put on my puppy eyes, knowing he couldn't resist them, he chuckled. "Yeah, sure. I'd love to"
"You're the best brother. I love you" i hugged him and kissed his cheek. He chuckled once more, hugging me back before he got up and opened my closet, attempting to find a cute outfit.

This was the first fit he chose? Seriously?
"You have to be kidding me. That's too revealing!" I complained.
"I know, i know but you need a boyfriend! You're almost 18 and still single! I mean, look at you. You could pull anyone. Everyone wants to date you. Yet, you still reject all of them." He looked at me, disappointment written all over his face.
"Yeah, but still! You know i want to date someone who likes me for me and not my body and face!" He rolled his eyes and went to pick another outfit.
"Fine"

"There. Is this better?" He turns around, holding the outfit in his hands and looks at me for my reaction.
"Now we're talking business" i get up, grabbing the fit and pecking his cheek before quickly running to my bathroom whos door is right next to my makeup table.
"I don't even get why you have that outfit in your closet if you refuse to wear it!" He sits down on the bed while thinking about how i shiuld di my makeup and hair.
"I'll wear it when the time is right!" I quickly reply. I knew he rolled his eyes even though i couldn't see him.

I walk out of the bathroom, back into my room.
"So, what do you think?" I looked at my outfit before turning my gaze to him.
"I love it. You look good in it. So now, for the makeup and hair, I'll help you. I have something in mind" I smiled, looking forward to his words.

"I'm starting to think that your future jod will be a hair and makeup stylist 'cause your choices are really something else" we both chuckled and left my room, going down to the living room where my other two brothers were waiting for me.

"Finally. Took you long enough!" Miyeong, the younger twin complained. I playfully rolled my eyes.
"Let's go then. Since you are so impatient" we got our things, said bye to the other two guys and left for the mall.

The car ride was rather silent. Not awkward, more like comfortable silence. The only sounds heard were the car engine and the soft music that the radio was playing.

In no time, we arrived at the mall and started to shop.
We bought some clothes, foods, accessories and basically everything we needed.

I also bought some makeup and hair products because, why not.

Just as we were making our way to the food court to grab some food to eat, he stood in front of me.

Choi Jaewon.

After what happened earlier today in front of locker room at school, after all the things he said about me, i ignored him ever since.

It was too much to handle and now that i had finally forgotten everything, he just HAD to appear in front of me.

It was awkward as we just stared at one another. "Do you two know each other?" Minyeong asked.
"Uhm, yeah. We're kinda like friends." Jaewon awkwardly scrached the back of his neck.
"Kinda like friends?" A curious Miyeon joined the conversation.
"Yeah, we weren't that close in the past but today... Today.. You could say it changed." He glanced at me, my brothers then down at the floor.
"So, you're saying you like each other" Minyeong asked while smirking.
"Yeah, kind- wait no. It's not like that" Jaewon tried to seem innocent but i just raised a brow at him.
"Mhm, judging by Miyeon's reaction, y'all are something more than friends." Minyeong talked once again and Miyeong nodded before starting, "Oh and if it makes you feel better," he placed a hand on Jaewons shoulder, slowly tapping it before moving closer to his ear and whispering loud enough for all of us to hear "we wouldn't mind you veing our brother in law" he winked, a playful smirk on his face as he got a phone call.
He left, taking Minyeong with him leaving me and Jaewon alone...
