The campfire was roaring around everyone. Karli, Sarah, Oliver, Darren, and Veronica. As they were making more s'mores, the others soon began looking at Karli.
"Alright, girly pop, start telling your story. I'm interested, as is Sarah. I bet it's scary as fuck." Oliver said.
Karli looked at Oliver with the face of
'You did not just call me girly pop.'Karli sighed as she looked at everyone. A mischievous smirk grazed her lips. She soon began telling the story of
The Operator/Slenderman
"The story of The Operator/Slenderman dates back from the 1600's to now, the story changes from all of the different era's, and each era, from past times, they believed he was death himself. They feared him, they believed that he would kill anyone who would wrong anybody, but now n days, everyone realized, he didn't just kill people who deserved it, he killed anyone, whether they were innocent or not. Now, the story I'm about to tell you, it will make you change your point of view of him." Karli said.
Karli took a deep breath, and began the story of The Operator/Slenderman.
"Centries ago, back in 1610, a small village, it seemed to have acres, and acres of wood. Trees surrounded the village, the men would go out to the forest, chop some trees down for the wood, bring it back to the village, and repeat it everyday after. The women would begin cooking dinner at a certain time of the day, they cooked over an open fire, they would cook fresh vegetables that had been cropped, they would also cook raspberries, apples, pears, and flowers. Once dinner was done, and prepared, the men would come home, tired, hungry, and exhausted. One day, it started off normal, the men went out to chop trees wood, and the women would stay home, take care of the children, had boiling hot water, and would scrub their clothes with rocks and boards. As hours passed, the women began making dinner, feeling as if someone or something was watching them. They looked out of their window, fear took over the mothers for a moment, they had whole heartily believed they had seen death himself, but in the blink of the eye, he was gone. The mothers ignoredthe creature they saw, they called their children to get inside, the children groaned, as they went back to their homes, and went to help their mothers, and waited patiently for their fathers to come home. Dinner was done, and prepared, they waited moments for their husbands to come home. Everyone jumped, as they heard the men scream, until everything went silent. Frightened, the women cautiously left their homes, leaving their children behind. The women entered the forest, screams were heard once more, their husbands had been hanging from the trees, their guts decorated like streamers, their limbs dismembered off of their bodies. The wives continued to scream, until it all fell silence once again. All of the children gathered in one home, with the fire out, doors completely shut, and blocked with a chair, they had looked out of the window. To their horror, there stood a tall 15ft man, wearing some sort of clothes they had never seen before, his bleached white skin, who was completely faceless, some blood splatters were across his faceless face. The children attempted to hide, but it was to no of use. This strange creature had seen them. In a flash of a moment, blood shed all over in the once happy village. Years later, around the 1820's, in the same place, where the village was once at, it became a small town, more people lived around, children were running around outside, playing games, and running into the forest. One child saw something moving around in the forest, the curious child, she went, and began going further into the woods. The deeper she got, the closer he came. The child turned around, fear in her eyes, she screamed bloody murder, until it went silent. Blood was splattered everywhere, her cold body, limbs still intact, lied in a pool of her own blood on the ground. The child's parents had ran into the forest, they had followed her screams. Once her screams had stopped, they continued to look, until the father slipped on blood. His eyes widened seeing the blood, he looked up, tears falling down his face, he screamed so loud, everyone in town heard him. They all ran to him, seeing him hold his dead daughter. Another scream was soon heard, and the sound of blood splattering was loud, it was so loud, that it seemed it was close by. Everyone all looked up, and there, right there in front of them, and to them, stood death himself, blood covered him, something black was coming out from his back. Within a flash and the sound of a rifle, a revolver, no, it was something no one knew what it was. Dead bodies now covered the forest, and hung from the trees. Now in the 1964, a majority of the trees were cut down, and soon a city was built. Lights flashing everywhere, women dressed up In tailored skirts, women wore stiletto heel shoes, and suits with short boxy jackets, and oversized buttons. Simple, geometric dresses, known as shifts, were also in style. For evening wear, full-skirted evening dresses were worn; these often had low necklines and close-fitting waists. People were dancing, playing loud music, and mustang cars driving around. The forest that was about a few miles back, that slightly led up to the city, the tall creature seemed enraged, angered, and most of all, more blood thirsty than ever. During a summer vacation, a group of teenagers to young adults went camping in the forest. They were enjoying the time of their lives, swimming, listening to music, eating sweet treats, and telling scary stories. On the last night of their camping, a strange noise began rustling through the trees and bushes. As the noises got louder, the more scared the teenagers got. All of the teenagers left their tents. Once they left their tents, the noises stopped. They began checking around their campsite. Nothing was stolen to their surprise, but one noticed something moving in the forest, as she stepped a little closer, the sound of a shotgun was heard, it was heard four times, but then it went silent. Their bodies, just like the others before them, limbs dismembered, their guts hung like streamers, and their blood had been spilled all over the forest. After days, their parents were worried, they knew where the campsite was at. The parents of the kids drove up to the campsite, they noticed their car, but no sign of their kids. The parents had parked the car they all drove in, and began looking for their kids. Just like everyone from the past, their parents found their children in a way they never wanted to see them in. The parents were in shock, after a moment, they all ran towards their car, and began driving home, but they never returned home. The tall creature had used the tentacles and killed them, the car was swerving around, and not a moment soon, the car crashed into a tree, and no one noticed they were gone, they just continued on with their lives, and never spoke about them. The forest that this creature lives in, is this very forest. The Slender Forest, the name that the town voted to call it which was this year. The end." Karli said.
The pure shock and terror on everyone's face was priceless, they were also pale from the head down, as if they had seen a ghost.
Karli looked at all of them.
"What? You said to tell a scary story, and I did. Besides, there is no possible way a 15ft tall, bleached pale, faceless creature lives in the woods. That's like believing in those old Urban Legends." Karli said.
After sometime, they all went into their tents, Oliver, Sarah, and Karli entered their tent, while Darren, and Veronica entered their tent.
Karli, Sarah, and Oliver fell asleep, while Darren, and Veronica were still awake. They were ignoring noises that was surrounding them. They were having a steamy make out session, they slowly began undressing, they were slowly starting to get naked, until those noises began freaking Veronica out. Darren was annoyed, but he was starting to get creeped out as well. They shook it off, and blamed it on the story Karli told, they were letting it get to them. They soon ended up cuddling with one another, and fell asleep, waiting to wake up for the next morning.
Now deep in the woods, the tall male stood, he waited for the perfect time to kill his new pray. That feeling of blood thirst came back to him, stronger than ever.
