THE ROGUE LUNA

a/n; what did you guys think of the last chapter? plz comment if you liked it or not~i know the chapter was short-but that's mostly how long all of them will be. enjoy!~

my mother pulls away as I strut to the door with confidence. a butler opens the door for me, and I see at LEAST 500 people. my wolf starts to get a panic attack, and I try to calm her down as she yells to me in our head, "What if we don't find him!? I would rather diiiieee....." she is sobbing as I start to comfort her but stop suddenly     "it w-" I suddenly smell an AMAZING scent...it smells like..forest...and, clean laundry....and...and...vanilla...slowly as I try to get closer the smell gets stranger....my wolf is racing through my head....she is sooo excited and so am I....slowly the smell gets stranger but I realize that its coming from backstage and stop as I hear an announcement blaring from the speakers    "ladies and gentlemen, I will now call off the names of all of our alpha's and ask that they join me on the stage......." The crowd quiets as the alpha's are all called up. Everyone knows it is only the unmated ones who go up. this is so none of the alpha's accidentally miss their luna. he starts calling the name      "Alpha Urikon" from the flower pack." The alpha walks on stage and almost instantly a pretty girl who was a little more than curvy races up on stage and h hugs her. that's his luna. they step over to the side of the stage as they wait for the other alpha's to be called before they are pronounced alpha and Luna of his pack   "Alpha Tirone, of the water pack." he walks on stage, and his newly found Luna is in his arm in seconds. this goes on for a bit of him calling the alpha's and their Luna's joining them. next, I hear him say   "alpha Phoenix" of the star-dark pack." I see this crazy handsome alpha walks on stage, and his eyes almost immediately find mine, and I walk toward him. I get on stage, and before I know it, I'm in his arms as his amazing scent engulfs me and takes deep breaths, trying to calm down as my wolf repeatedly yells    "MATE! MATE! MATE!  THAT'S OUR MATE!" he walks with me still in his arms over to the side of the stage where we are so posed to wait for the rest of the alpha's to find their luna's. we are far enough away that we have privacy but close enough to still be following the rules. and...he holds me close to himself as we continue hugging and breathing in each other's scent. he pulls back slightly, but his arms don't leave my waist as he looks deep in my eyes and asks    "what is your name?" I let out a breath I didn't know I had been holding as I say quietly    "my name is Katriana. my wolfs name is Amikaia. I am from the light pack."   he is smiling at my formal-ish introduction as he nods and says         "my name is Phoenix. my wolfs name is Griffin, and I am from the star-dark pack."     I nod, taking it all in as I look into his eyes.  his eyes are silver. like a star. he has black hair and is about two inches taller than me.(I'm 5'9") he is wearing a suit that matches the black stripes on my dress. how did he know? I realize I'm staring, and he is definitely smirking at me right now, as he says        "enjoying the view?"        I know I'm blushing like crazy as I stutter incoherent words    "im-i-sorry-i"  he starts shaking and for a hot second I think he is angry but then I realize he's laughing, as he says    "your cute."    Not like he thinks I'm cute. he says it like it's a fact. I love it, and I feel ami (short for Amikia, her wolf pronounced am-e not amy) purr. I'm pretty sure he hears this as his wolf responds with a purr too and both our eyes go black as our wolves meet each other and the wolves kiss soft sweet and quick before letting us take control. now we're both laughing. all the alpha's have been called, and the announcer calls us back     "new Alpha's and Luna's, please join me on the front and center of the stage."   we all come onto the middle of the  stage . he instructs us now    "does anyone have a rejection?"    No one says a word.      he nods     " Alpha's, please hold both your Luna's hands."    Phoenix grabs my hand one in each of his     "Luna's please repeat after me." I start to copy him adding my name,pack, and his name and pack where they go, I know this by heart. as I say      "I Katriana  golden , of the light pack, accept you Phoenix of the star-dark pack as my mate. my alpha. and my leader. and swear to help lead your pack alongside you. I swear to be your Luna. as long as we are mates."  Everyone claps as us Luna's swear. the announcer says    "Alpha's, copy after me."     apparently Phoenix also knew it by heart as he said it word for word    "I Phoenix of the star-dark pack, accept you Katriana of the light pack as my mate.my Luna.and my advisor. and I swear to rule beside you. I swear to be your alpha. as long as we are mates." he finishes, but then his eyes lock on mine, and he whispers with a slight smirk     "forever."    I'm grinning ear to ear. I can't believe I found my mate! this is awesome!  all of us shout in joy  and kiss our mates.

a/n; I hope you guys liked this last chapter! I'm getting a bit of writers  block, so I'm going to leave it at this for a bit. I'm most likely going to post the next chapter really soon. I 2 hours soon~ I hope you guys liked this chapter twice! ~Emma
