Today is Davina's 16th birthday and I wanted to do something special, now I know she hates when I spend money on her, she doesn't want people to think she's a gold digger. But I don't care about what they think. Ima spoil ma girl because I love her, today is the day I tell her I love her we have been dating for a year but neither of us have said it yet. We have school today and have this whole thing planned out in my head what I'm gonna do. Jay helped me plan everything out because I have no idea what to do, Jay asked some of the students to stand in the hallway with signs that say "follow me" "almost there" and "look" and they have roses in their hands they are going to give them to her a s she walks down the hallway then I'm at the end of the hallway with a rose and presents I hope she likes this.
Davina's Pov
Today is my birthday and I have to get ready for school, tbh I don't wanna go but I really want to see Ethan( Notti) so that why I'm going I told him not to do anything for me but he never listens to me anyway. I got ready I put on a black crop top and black leggings with Oreo Jordan's 4's. I put my box braids in a half of up half down, with light makeup.
I said bye to my brothers and my mom(yes they said happy birthday to her) I got in my car making my why to school when I walk in the building people stop talking and line up against the lockers with signs on of them says 'follow me" I look up and see Ddot smiling handing the rose, all of them hand me roses the next sign said "almost there" I look at who is holding the sign and I see Jay smiling mad as he hands me the rose at this point I've got 20 roses in my hand then I see the next sign it says "look up" DD hands me a rose smiling. I'm starting to think they know what happening, but I'm also wondering where's Notti?
As I grab the next 3 roses, I look and see Notti with the last rose and and two full bags with gifts in them I run up my boyfriend and give him the biggest hug "happy birthday ma" then the hallway full of kids scream "Happy Birthday Davina" I laugh " Thank u" " " I love you ma, I hope you like all of this Jay and the boys helped me out with of this" I look at him in shook did he just say he loves me for the first time, I start to tear up " What's wrong ma" he asks with a worried face "nothing, I love you too pa" I give him a kiss, and everyone starts clapping and shouting, me, Notti and the gang go to class.
And the only thing I have to say this was the best birthday I've had. As the day went on I kept getting happy birthday from friends and teachers, I even saw edit of the whole thing on TikTok. Damn these niggas are fast(Davina is Dominican and Black just wanted to point that out) Today went by fast me and the gang went my place and had a party. The gang slept over, Notti slept in my room. "Goodnight ma, I love you" "Goodnight Pa, I love you too"
A/N: This was me second one so I think I'm going to do a least one a day, but if I'm doing parts of of a story I'll finish that in the same day, or I'll try to a least. I hope you like this story send story ideas
