makayla was in her room and she was bored. ryan had gone to his classes, ruby and matt were hanging out, nick had gone to the library to study and chris wasn't responding to her texts. she expected he was still sleeping because she was bombarded him with messages and he hadn't even seen them.
she was about to click play on a youtube video when her phone buzzed. she wanted to grab it and open the message immediately, but she didn't want chris to know she had been waiting for him and so she left it for a few minutes, watching the minutes tick by.
after a while, she picked up, ready to click chris' contact but was surprised when she saw it was an instagram message, and she was even more surprised when she saw the name.
