It's been a week since sam first woke up from the life changing coma. Sam's family hasn't been allowed to visit him today. Is there a first visit and a first proper update on Sam's condition (there'll be two parts)

1.THE VISIT

As they are walking into Sam's room, his family see a vastly different layout, and to no one's surprise, his mum complains (you'll see why it'll make sense) "what is happening here this is inhumane,you are treating him like a animal can you explain this NOW!!" The doctor replies with "I understand your frustration and disgust. I would feel the same way if I were you. I assure you this is for his own good. I'll explain more in the update talk in a moment. " Meanwhile, sam is playing with some dog toys like a dog no hands apart from treating his hands like paws and mostly using his mouth he is completely naked, so his siblings in the room even his sister could see his male private dangly bits (his balls and penis) he is also wearing a collar and leash which attachs him to a metal pole so he can't move to far. There is also a bowl of water in a dog bowl, which sam drinks out of like a dog his mum says during all of this. "Why is he naked? Why is he wearing a collar and lead attached to that pole, and why is he acting like an animal?" But before the doctor can respond, sam sits down and lays an egg after this a male nurse comes in with a bowl of food like a dog (but it's food that's a mix of dog, horse, cow and chicken food) the nurse refills Sam's water as sam is about to go and eat the food infront of him nurse goes "stay, stay, stay go" like you would to a dog the nurse sess good boy Sam's family are just standing there in shock after sam is finished his food the nurse unhiches him from the pole and says "time to let you stretch your legs and let you go Potty" his parents say "why can't he go in the loo" the doctor replies whith "that's not were animals go for there business" the nurse then guides sam to a private just for sam courtyard garden the nurse makes sure sam can't run out the courtyard and let's him of the leash sam immediately goes over to a nice spot and just stands there all of a sudden sam starts peeing and pooing a massive horse load (so a massive pee and poo compared to a horse) the nurse then sess "well done sam who's a good boy who's a good boy you really needed to go didn't you OK this was just a Potty break unfortunately we'll have a big play time later but for now sit" Sam moved for about a minute and then complied the nurse put his leash on and tied him to a bench and went over to cupboard got some stuff out looked like poop bags, shovel, gloves etc you get the idea he went over and started cleaning up sam poo and pee the doctor then sess "I think now would be a great time to have that update chat in my office your two other kids there should wait outside my office in the waiting room don't worry about sam he's perfectly fine ill explain everything" his parents replied with "you better"

2. UPDATE CHAT

So after seeing sam relieve himself like an animal, the doctor leads Sam's family to his office when they get the office. The doctor tells alex and Emily to wait outside so only the parents and doctor are going to be in the conversation as they enter the doctor tells the parents to take a seat and the doctor takes his seat and Sam's parents start immediately "what was that! Why are you treating him like an animal, and why is he naked, wearing a collar and leash and tied to that pole? Explain yourself NOW!!!" The doctor replies with "I understand your frustration and disgust, but I can explain. " his point say "you better, " the doctor then continues "OK so we first noticed someone different with sam when he first came out of the coma as you remember after you left we did some tests on him and we found out that he now has the mind and certain body aspects of a dog, horse, cow and chicken (the next bit is a full on conversation so I'll just say who's speaking)

Parents -"How long will this last?"

Doctor -"I'm afraid that it's lifelong and permanent"

Parents -"Oh. Um, OK. How much of his past does he remember?"

Doctor -"From what we have observed, he remembers his past life, but he can't make any sense of it."

Parents -"Why are you treating him like an animal?"

Doctor -"Yes, we are treating him like an animal because that is what he is, not a human anymore he has the mind and body of an animal. He is, in fact, a new breed of animal"

Parents -"Can you describe more about in what ways he is an animal?"

Doctor -"Of course I can let me get started he has aspects of four animals dog, horse, cow, and chicken. I'll split it into different sections for dogs he has a tail, ears, senses, and behaviour. For example, he will sniff other g
Dogs and humans butts. For his horse aspect, he has a tail (his tail is a cross between a horses and a dogs tail), a horse mane, he has very strong feet like a horses and we can make and give him custom horse shoes, he has the senses of a horse and behaviour of a horse. For his cow aspects, he only has udders, which can produce milk exactly like a cow. For his chicken aspect, the only aspect there is that he can lay eggs exactly like a chicken. So, do you have any questions."

Parents -"So you said he can make milk exactly like a cow. What does it mean, can you drink it, does he need milking, and if he needs milking, what does it feel like to him, and how often do we need milk him?"

Doctor -"OK, so yes, it just means he can produce his own milk. You can drink it like you would drink milk from the shop. Yes, he will need milking, so when we get milked with a pump or by han,  it gives him a orgasm and he does get sexual pleasure from it, and he needs milking  a couple times a day."

Parents -"Wait, so he gets sexual pleasure and a orgasm when milked?"

Doctor -"Yes, he does any other questions?"

Parents-"OK got to admit that kinda makes us happy"

Parents -"Yes, just one more you mentioned he can lay eggs exactly like a chicken can you explain that?"

Doctor -"Of course, so basically, it means that he can lay eggs that are exactly like a chickens' eggs he can also fertilise them so he can essentially have children but that takes time to happen and it is extremely easy to tell when a egg is fertilised and once you find a fertilised egg all you have to do is smash it and problem solved. Any other questions?"

Parents-"no."

Doctor-"excellent so let's continue."

OK, so the rest of the conversation isn't interesting. Basically, all they were talking about is the doctor asking if they are willing and comfortable taking care of/looking after sam and treating him like an animal. The parent said yes instantly, and then they just discussed what happens next,
