Scarlett is Riku and Amai's mother. She hasn't always been the nicest. People always referred to her as distant and cold. Her family seems to be unknown as well as her backstory. No one knows about her family, nor their whereabouts. Though, two people seem to. She forced Vincent to date her, he didn't want to date her. He had eyes for someone else, however she has the ability to turn people to her, with or without their will. Her ways of convincing people vary depending on the person but it somehow always changes, no one really knows how she does it. When Scarlett took the pregnancy test she was furious, she didn't want them, the only reason she kept them is unknown. She never tells her reasoning for anything. When they were both born she was still distant. Vince tried his best to raise them even when he was busy. She listened to Vincent when he begged her to take care of them while he was gone. She agreed but didn't do a good job at all.
