Mike..

Chapter 13

"Mike!" I yelled he walked to me. "Yes?" He asked. "They took one of my blazers." I said. "Which pair?" He asked.

"The black one." I said looking at him. "It's okay, I'll get you something to make you happy." Mike said. I smiled softly looking at him.

He kissed my lips softly and we went to the kitchen where everyone was. "Kids go to the lobby." Vince said.

Mike grabbed my hand walking out of the room we all walked and see police in the lobby.

Sam started explaining to them what had been stolen. She pointed to me. "Am tell the officer what you got stolen." Sam told me.

Mike came up behind me wrapping his arm around my waist as I started talking.

"Um.. I got my pair of shoes taken. Some cups. Half of my bracelets I have brought. My credit cards. That's it I think.." I said.

"Okay.." he said. I hugged Mikes arm tightly and he took a picture of me. Me and Mike walked away a little bit.

We all walked to the elevator to go up to the room. The police Vince and Sam walked to the other room while me Mike Lexi Chase and Shawn went to the boys room.

Me and Mike cuddled on one bed eating goldfish us three talking, while the boys played on Shawn's iPad.

"Dude who would steal shoes?! A Dyson like what?!" I said. "It's stupid." Lexi said. "It's making me so mad." Mike said.

Me and Mike laid there on the bed with Lexi on her phone and Chase and Shawn still playing on the iPad.

"Chase here." I said handing him my phone. "You can play on it." I said. "My pass is 0719." I told Chase and he started playing on it.

I cuddled with Mike until we heard a bunch of knocks on the door. "Stay with Chase and Shawn." Mike said as him and Lexi went to the door.

"Yall had that locked at four knocks." Vince said. I was relieved when I heard his voice and not some stranger.

Mike and Lex walked back with Vince sitting in the chair where his computer was "what if they had access to this room they could have gotten to all of our YouTube channels changed our passwords." Mike said standing up.

"Daddy and your computer don't even have a password." Shawn said. "Dang it.." he said pissed off.

I laid down and put my earbuds in listening to music. "Cops said because more then like 20,000 it was about 30,000 dollars worth was stolen. It's a felony." Vince said as we all talked.

Mike sat back down eating goldfish. I laid my head down on his shoulder as we all talked.

"If I went in 10 minutes sooner I could've seen the guy and that would be scary as all heck." Duddy said.

"Like the thought of someone in our room. Just like so like I don't know just stealing our stuff it just chills me." Lexi said.

"It's scary." Shawn said. "Yeah." Lexi says. "Always trust the lord Jesus Christ." Vince says.

"Chase can I see my phone real quick?" I ask Chase hands me my phone and I go to the text with my mom.

I text my mom telling her everything that we know so far. I sigh and look at Mike who kisses the top of my head.

"If you were a detective we gonna see if my kids have detective skills like me. Where would be the first thing you do in this situation?" Duddy ask.

"What would be the first camera you check?" He ask. "The memorial." I say.

"The hallway." Says Shawn.

"The entrance." Chase answers.

"The first place you check is the Pearl Harbor Memorial." Duddy says.

I get up grabbing one of the new key cards to go get my cup. I walk back and roll my eyes as I see the detectives walk past me to the girls room. I got a call from Mike

"Babe where are you?" Mike asked. "I'm walking back I'll be there in a minute." I say. "Okay love you." He says. "Okay love you too bye." I say and he hangs up.

I walk faster to the room, when I get to the room I knock on the door. The door opens to reveal Mike.
