A Case? Pt 2

3rd Pov

It's been a month a half since the Twins reunited with the old man named Takeru and things have been well for everyone else, even the Midoriya's especially after that episode in the old man's kitchen.

The only people that had a horrible month and a half are the past students and staff from Aldera Junior High, The Midoriya parents took it upon themselves to punish every last single person that had done something to Izuku be it they were the main offenders or if they were bystanders.

Later on news on how the school had been sued by a pair of parents for Quirk Discrimination, Child neglect, Child Endangerment, Assault, Attempted Murder, Educational Malpractice, and...you get the idea. Long story short, the name Aldera was no more and neither were the teachers who had their teaching license revocked.

Although there was one satisfying moment for all the Midoriya's when they had met Izuku's teacher outside the courthouse beforre the needed time and it was a glorious moment for Izuku.

Scene Swap

Izuku and his parents were walking up the stairs to the courthouse before Izuku's name was called out.

Izu: "Why are theese steps so God damn long??"

??: "Izuku Midoriya?"

Izuku turned around and there he saw his middle school teacher, Nobiru Hirogari, the main man who blatanly reprimanded Izuku for no reason, laughed at him, discouraged him, and encouraged the students to do what the wanted behind closed doors so as to not lessen their chances into hero schhool if ever seen.

Izu: "Yes? Do I know you?"

Nobiru: "I-It's me? Your Middle school teacher!! I know you remember me, it hasn't been that long since we last me no?"

Izu: "Yeah nope, I don't remember having any teacher in middle schhool"

Nobiru: "What do you mean? You were one of my best students!"

Izu: "If I was your best student...Why'd you fail me on purpouse? Hm? Why'd you encourage them? Ignore it all? Caused it? Hm?"

Nobiru: "I-I...I can't say..."

H: "Can't or Won't?"

K: "Can't or you don't know?

The more Nobiru talked the more Izuku's parents got upset until they could no longer hold it in and decided to question him themselves.

H: "You have quite some nerve talking to my son right now."

Hisashi was pissed to say the least.

All of the Midoriya's started walking into the courhouse and waited for their case to be called on. 20 Minutes later as it was finally their turn and to sum it up, Aldera junior high will be having a change of ownership, staff members, rules and polocies.

Izuku's parents had decided to press charges with Izuku's permission and placed a retraining order on them for the maximum amount. Izuku's homeroom teacher, Nobiru Hirogari, and the principle, faced the heaviest punishment allowed for their case and were sent to prision for it.

The new owners of Aldera ended up being staff that were personally picked out by Inko because in her words "They will get the education they need academically and socially".

She had actually gone through Aldera's guidlines and went over them with the handpicked principle before changing them.

Over the course of two weeks, Aldera, had new buildings, new furtiture, apliances, workbooks, stationary, a licensed pediatrician and dietician, new uniforms, rules with disciplinary actions to fit, and more.
