One week later

Rengoku POV

He helps me up and move around a little.

"Argh" I groan in pain.

"Are you ok sweetie?" He says with concern.

"Y-ya..."

It hurts so bad especially with all the muscle stiffness. He gently rubs my back as I Huff in pain.

I hold onto his arms while trying to keep my balance as I walk for the first time since my fight with the demon akaza. I stumble a lot and he catches me and stops me from falling.

"Easy Mr. Rengoku it's ok if your not ready yet" he says worry and he helps me sit back on the bed. I had only taken a few steps.

"It's not that I'm not really it's just a lot of pain since I've been in bed so long" I say kinda discouraged.

He smiles at me.

"If you want I can massage you it should help with the pain and maybe loosen up your tense muscles" I smile a bit back

"Ya that be great"

He's so thoughtful

"Ok please take of your shirt and roll up your pants a little and lay on your stomach"

I do as he asked and he massages my body with his small hands.

Argh

It feels so nice to have some of that pain relieved even if it's just a little. He gets to my legs and massages my calf's it feels amazing he so gentle yet firm at the same time.

After he's done I get back up with his help and try to walk again. It was a dit easier do to less pain and I was able to walk around the room a few times before needing to lay back down.

"I need to get going but I'll be back to night to take care of you" he bows and I look at him confused

"Might I ask way the sun will be up soon don't you wanna see the sun rise?" He gives me a sad smiles

"I would love too but unfortunately it to dangerous" I look at him confused but then it clicks

"Are you a demon?" He gives me another sad smile

"Guilty as charged" he jokes

"But you don't look like a demon? You also don't have the presence of one even the the kamado girl has a demons presences" I was baffled

"The presences thing I can't really explain but I hide my claws and eyes as not to scar the kids or others would were just harmed by demons"

"I guess that does make sense" he smiles and bows again before leaving only a few minutes later did the sun rise
