My missing father

Chapter 11

In that dark night, in the park ,  it was cold, windy and empty. Makoto was standing with a bag. We came towards him, my dad was wearing covering his whole face only his  eyes. He took the bag and went back to that basement we were in.

Makoto was so cold with me he just said: 

" Don't run away again in our neighbourhood it is so dangerous so you won't get kidnapped. Behave ! you're 26 years old "

I didn't answer him , we entered the car and went back home. In house , Tatsumi was the only one who hugged me tightly . I don't even know how Makoto married a kind woman like , She deserves better honestly

Emi didn't bother to talk me . I wasn't disappointed, she's always like this . I thank god everyday that we are not related by blood

Next morning , back to my normal life .

 No , of course I wouldn't .

I am  working now secretly in a new company of design of my dad who made it with the money of Makoto . In this company , all the trusty friends of my father are working in  that place which is going to destroy Makoto's .

Swiftly, my phone rang . It was my father I respond :

" Hey!  dad , so did you buy it and you gathered your employees?"

"Everything is under control. We're waiting for your information about Makoto's company. What are the prices there .Are they cheap? Or expensive? "

"They are pretty expensive since it's a famous company so we should make our prices lower"

"But we need some genius in design so people will choose us the quality is important .My friends are trustworthy but not talented"

"That's a problem , we need someone who-"

I hung up when my eyes stopped at the man standing next to the door of my office. 

My heart starts beating so fast that I couldn't breath. 

What exactly did he hear from the call ?

The worst thing it was Haruto.

 He would definitely tell Makoto to fire me and everything will be doomed.

Instead of yelling at me, Haruto took my hand and went outside.

After looking at me for a few minutes, He said with a serious voice:

" Naomi, what are you planning to do? I thought you always do your best for this company. Now, you're talking to a guy and giving him the information about our job. Who is this guy? Tell me "

I answered with the same tone of voice:

"Haruto! listen, You always hated Makoto right? but this is your job that's why you stick in this company. I'm going to give you a hand and help you. So I need you to meet me and the person I was talking to and discuss everything today at 8pm in the restaurant of " Rokkasen".

How does it sound? "

Haruto nodded and left. My heart starts racing again. What if he told Makoto? So I started stalking him. Until, it's finally 8pm, we left the company at the same time. When we reach it, my dad was waiting for us then we sit down. My dad explained all the plan to him an invited him to join since he's a smart boy .

I hated Haruto so much while working with him but after he accepted our offer.

 Thinking about it, he's a nice person after all. I started trusting him, and we stopped fighting since he's going to work in my father's company. It's not like I'm going to fire him, We just get along after what happened. He quit Makoto's company and officially is  the deputy boss of my dad's company.
