3rd person POV :

It has been a few days since Courtney and Duncan broke up. They broke up because of an argument about Courtney cheating on Duncan with another guy.

"You know what? We're done. We're breaking up!" Duncan yelled at Courtney, with tears in his eyes.

"Ugh. Whatever! Scott's better than you anyway. Leave this fucking house and NEVER come back!" Courtney yelled back at Duncan.

Duncan's POV:

I packed my things, got in my car, and drove away from Courtney's. I suddenly thought to myself. "Wait.. where the hell can I stay now that Courtney kicked me out..? And.. Scott..? He... he's better than me? All those gifts I made, those dollars I spent on Courtney weren't enough..?" Tears still in his eyes, fighting the urge to hold the tears in, but they just end up falling out. I just wipe them off and drive to the nearest hotel.

When I got there, I checked in, went to my room and flopped on the bed. I just lay there, sobbing. "I can't believe I wasn't enough for you, Courtney." I thought to myself.

An hour has passed by, I was still on the bed, laying down. I felt so tired from crying my eyes out. When I suddenly received a call from.. Alejandro..? I never knew he'd call me right now.

I answered the call.

3rd person POV:

"Duncan..? Is everything alright? I just heard about what happened.." Alejandro asked, worried.

"Oh..! Yeah I'm fine.." Duncan says in a shaky voice.

"Are you sure..? You sound shaky."

The call went silent for a few seconds.

"Actually.. not at all. Courtney literally kicked me out of her house and now.. I have no where to stay." Duncan finally admitted.

"Oh.. I'm so sorry that happened. Do you wanna stay at mines? I have an extra room here.. and you can stay as long as you need to, it's all good with me." Alejandro asked.

"Oh, I guess.. thank you so much for the offer tho." Duncan smiled.

Alejandro's POV:

As we drive back to my house, I started to worry a lot. I felt so bad for Duncan, he doesn't have to go through all this. I loved him so much for a long time.. I hate seeing him sad.

It was just.. silent. The only noise was the music coming from the radio.. I asked, "Do you wanna talk about everything that happened? I hope you know that I'm here for you if you wanna talk.." "I guess.. I mean it's nice to have a friend to let out your feelings to." Duncan replied, with a smile.
