the girl stares at the ceiling of her dimmed cell after her harsh training today was the fifteenth day of this torturous training today was the day that she would be allowed to go outside the compound she was happy inside knowing i will be able to see the outside world for the first time she couldn't express any of her emotions whatsoever if she did she knew what are the consequences gonna be if she really did just then her deep thoughts are disrupted by a slight and faint knock on her cell door she immediately knew who it was

she says while looking happy and glad at the same time
"yo how have you been can you let me inside for a while "
sure
she says while helping him get inside her cell
oreki was holding a basket behind his back he surprises the girl with some freshly baked goods
"here you go"
he says with a smile while handing her the baked goods
(oreki was one of the maid's son at the compound he knew about her living in the basement ever since he escaped from his mother's supervision while she was working ever since that day he had been really close with her and sneaks her some really good food and snacks every month)
"oreki these are so good "
she says with a big smile while enjoying the precious reat given to her by oreki
just then oreki says
"yknow these are called cream puffs i made them for the first time at my home they were pretty hard but worth it i am glad you liked it"
she smiles back and says
"not just like but loving it they are just too good "
oreki and her both giggled as they talked
this rare moment was the time when the girl had a genuine smile on her face due to all of her training and isolation
just then a royal guard who was on the round heard them he secretly reported it
(the next day)
the girl notices oreki dashing towards the cell it seemed like he ran in a big hurry and rush to get here
" my ..my mom got fired i ...wont be able ..to see you again ...i..i am sorry "
oreki says as tears slowly fell down his face he looked down disappointed that he was too reckless not only were they both seperated but also his mother's job was gone
the lifts his head up with her pale and small hands and says with a soft smile
" dont worry about me oreki , i swear i will meet you again one day i will be fine i just hope you and your mother are gonna be alright i am sorry it is also my fault too if only i wasn't there at the time if only i didnt existed if only i wasnt ...her voice slowly cracking and tears flowing out her eyes ,if only i wasn't a curse to everyone you and your mother would have been happy i ..am sorry oreki"
