Chapter 6, "Thanksgiving."
S1; ep5

THANKSGIVING IS TODAY and Trixie was pumped. Not going to lie, besides Halloween, today is her favorite Holiday.

Who says no to good food? Certainly not Trixie Johnson-Howard.

This morning was chaotic and was filled with everyone contributing to the dinner.

Katherine asked both Trixie and Jackie if they'd like to make a meal for the celebration. Jackie declined.

"Unless you're up for burnt food, then sorry, no. I would, I honestly would. Food is my lifeline. But I can't cook worth of sh—" Trixie stops herself, taking note of the children in the room.

Trixie turns apologetically towards Katherine and George. "My bad.."

She walks away slowly and runs up to her room to grab her stuff.

AT SCHOOL, Trixie is back to her old self. Stirring trouble and looking good doing it.

Although she was confused at the fact that Issac was weird. He was more... flirty.

But not just him, Lee too...

It was really fucking weird. It was like they were competing for her attention.

During her last periods, Issac wouldn't stop looking at her. He kept alternating between her and his company. He was barely in the conversation.

When they sat together in History he was constantly finding ways to tease her.

Whether it was brushing his arm against hers. Or when his foot was moving around and touched hers. Or especially when he reached for something behind Trixie and his lips brushed her ear.

Or like when Lee had randomly went up to her. He had been riding his skateboard around and stopped mid-ride to place his hand over her shoulder.

She was confused but played along to his flirting. He wasn't very skilled in that department. But he was a great conversationalist.

Which earned points in Trixie's book.

She didn't know what came over them, but boy she wasn't complaining.

It was a different vibe between her and Issac. It all seemed so familiar to her, but she didn't have the slightest clue as to why.

Now with Lee, it was an obvious different vibe. Although they would fight, he was still Lee. And him being flirtatious, is not a thing.

He even winked at her when it was her last period, throwing his arm around her shoulder and guiding her to the car. His explanation was that he didn't want to be "late for dinner".

Issac was glaring from the back but you could tell he had a hurt look on his face.

'Maybe it was a bet and he was loosing something sentimental?' Trixie thought.
