So this isn't a new chapter, it's more just me coming up with an idea after rereading the chapter for fun. Bell would 100% be interrogated by Heimdaallr authorities. This means Claire would likely interrogate him and if that happened Osborne would learn about him and if he sees potential in Bell... well that would not be a good thing especially because early on Bell is easily manipulated.
